I used Mother Milk Tea, Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle on top of drinking tons of water and eating whole oats 2X a day. I had enough milk for Rowan, Store in the freezer and to pump for NICU twins...Until I was about 4-5m pregnant lol

Mother Milk Tea tastes awful tho so I always added honey.

I've never tried mothers milk, but when I was having supply issues with DD in the beginning, my LC told me to try fenugreek and just pump a lot. It helped and I was able to nurse for 8 months. An electirc pump is a MUST HAVE in my opinion!

I did have some luck with Mother's Milk Tea. I still have a good stash of it in the house. I found it simply "boosted" my initial let down and supply enough that my (impatient) DD was more interested and therefore, nursed better. Oddly enough, the tea helped me more then the fenugreek pills which made no sense to me or my LC.

Are you just trying to boost your supply to build a freezer stash or is baby seeming unsatisfied? The best thing to get your production up is nursing, but pumping will definatly help too. I just would be careful about overdoing it and risking an oversupply. KUP on how it works for you!

Pumping can be such a pain but once things pick up, it will be well worth it. How much are you getting when you pump?
