Good news!!! So glad you wrote back to update. Every day counts and those steroids are already on board doing their job. I know there are websites with chat rooms for moms on bed rest. Hope you get some friends to visit you. What are you planning to do to pass the time, now that things are boring.
Tiffany- I've taken up crocheting. LOL I crocheted a bit when I was on bedrest with my daughter, but I guess I have to relearn it cause I TOTALLY forget. It's doing a good job occupying my time. Plus I have internet, books, and Netflix.
My Mom comes to visit with my daughter during the day, then goes home and my husband brings her by at night for dinner. My husband is spending the night with me every single night until baby comes, because he's amazing like that, so if there's an emergency in the middle of the night I'm not alone.
I've also had some friends come by and call. My brother is stopping by tomorrow.
Between all that and all the nurses and doctors checking in on me every couple hours, I'm pretty occupied and don't get bored enough to get depressed. The nurses are also really chatty, which helps.
It is so great that you have so much support and you get to see your little girl every day. I think having DH spending the night is a huge thing and I am happy that you guys can make it happen. Once you get your crochet skills back you will have to post some pics of your projects.
