((HUGS)) I'm sorry you're in so much pain Tia :(. Do you know if baby might be breach? I know when this LO turned breach last week it really changed how everything felt and caused a lot more cervix/vajayjay pain and pressure. If so, downward facing dog would help encourage baby to flip. Otherwise, all I can think of besides using cushioning when you sit (like a pillow or even a boppy) would be a exercise/birth ball.

nope she's head down. They doubt she will flip because of how low her head is sitting. I get relief if I lay down with my legs propped or rock back and forth on all fours

Awe, it's great she's head down and unlikely to move but that's not many options for taking the pain away. Beee I wish I could offer something more helpful!

Maybe a belly band to help take some of the pressure off? Try a warm hot pad down there or even yoga is great for a little relief. Also maybe an adjustment with a Chiro who works with pregnant women? Just a few ideas!
