Should I be worried? Help please!

I woke up several times last night due to horrible low back pain. It's dulled a little but it's still painful. When I tried to move and get pillows under my back, I laid on my back for a second to grab an extra pillow and got a surge of low pelvic pressure (like someone had their hands on my pelvic bone and pushed down hard) and my back clenched up in my pain.

The backache didn't dull at all until I got a heating pad on it and now it's just tolerable. I still have pelvic pain. And I *feel* like I'm sort of leaking? Not really leaking fluid. . .but I feel something down there enough to feel uncomfortable without toilet paper held down there because I feel wet.

Should I be concerned? I don't have my car or my phone right now, DH has them both at work. So in order to go to L&D I'd have to message someone to call him to come home. I don't want to do that unless it really is a big deal.

I feel the baby kick, alot. I just don't feel good at all.

I would go get checked out. If you feeling like something is going on, then it probably is. Trust your insticts! Better to be on the safer side!

I would def at least call the dr. and see what they think, then go in if they want to see you. I agree, though, that it's better to get checked out than to be sorry you didn't later. GL and KUP!

I agree I'd get checked out. I know what a PITA it is to feel like you've wasted time or lost money from work for a false alarm, but PTL is so tricky that they can't usually say either way without seeing you, and just worrying about it is awful and not likely to make you feel better.

KUP if you can. I hope you can get some relief and answers soon.

Sorry ladies- I'm okay.

The leaking was just ALOT of discharge. My midwife didn't bother telling me to go to L&D so my MIL came and got my kids and I laid on the couch all day. Midwife thinks alot of it is my body is fighting my weight gain. I lost 85 lbs after having Brandon and then got pregnant about 6 months after I lost the last of it. She says my body is going in fight mode on having extra weight and at my appt next Friday I'll start thyroid meds so maybe it won't be so bad.

I hate being pregnant. I truly do. If I hurt this badly at close to 28 weeks, how am I supposed to survive the next 10-12 weeks???

I'm so glad things are okay but it sucks you're in so much pain. Sad Pregnancy gets uncomfortable no matter what, but it sucks when you have other things piled on top of the normal pregnancy woes to make it harder on your body. I'm glad your MIL was able to come help out a bit. I hope the meds level things out a bit for you.
