So how is everyone doing with weigh loss?
Since I gave birth, I lost 30 pounds! Was 190 went down to 160 as of this am. Lost the first 20 easy but was stuck there. Lost the last 10 with Weigh Watchers. Still counting points and loving it.
I wanna reach 145 which is what I was before having children. I aiming for my goal in Fall.
HOpe everyone's doing great!
I gained a total of 32 lbs with John which made me really happy as with DD I only gained 24 lbs and she was tiny anyway. ICP made it so difficult to eat because I just felt awful all the time.
I lost the first 16-18 lbs in the first six weeks and then it just kind of stalled out. I've been doing the BLC here on preg.org and am just doing yoga and zumba (dvds) whenever I can and trying to eat well. I've lost three pounds so it's nice getting past that hump.
In total, I'd like to lose another 15 pounds or so. 10 will put me at prepregnancy, the extra five would be to be at a healthier weight without getting to little. I try not to think about the numbers too much with working out because of muscle weighing more than fat and all that.
I lost about 30-35lb. Woo! I do breastfeed, however. But it is normal. Your body is still expelling a lot of fluids, too, remember that. And much of the weight you gained in no longer necessary so it is shedding of the extra fat it no longer needs
I am still losing weight. Since my breasts are huge and I have some excess skin I am not trying to get to my pre-pregnancy weight while breastfeeding. I am maybe 7 pounds above where I would like to be. I don't need to be super skinny to be happy with my body, but I do want to be at a healthy weight. I am definitely not concentrating on eating healthy right now - between working and breastfeeding I know I am burning some calories.
I am down 20 lbs. I gained 31 lbs w/Reagan, so I'd like to lose that. If I do, I'll be back to preregnancy weight before having had Addison. I'm also doing the BLC here on preg.org and I've been able to start doing TaeBo courtesy of youtube I'm also getting a treadmill this weekend, so I'm looking forward to starting the Couch to 5K program. I signed up to do the Color Run with my sister in June, so I've got to get going! Hoping once I get more active I'll start loosing the weight quickly!
