    Default Weight

    So how are you doing with weight loss? I gained 35 lbs and 1 week later I am down 10lbs. I am hoping anoth 15 will just fall off and I will only have to work to get the last 10 off.

    I gained 32 total and am down about 21 pounds. I lost it all in the first two or three weeks. I only gained 24 and I think by two or so months I was 10 below my pre pregnancy weight. I have my 6 week pp visit next week and while I am not usually that motivated to work out in the winter, I am chomping at the bit to do some yoga and Zumba when the kids are asleep. I know I shouldn't get discouraged but I'm a lot less happy with my postpartum body this time so I'm looking forward to getting in better shape then I was (more toned) pre pregnancy.

    I gained at least 62 pounds with the twins and have lost all but the last 19. That was easy. I am hoping some of that will also fall off but I have noticed my appetite is up. That may be from breastfeeding or stress. I am not worried over it yet as I have been able to wear some non-maternity stuff for the first time since 8 weeks. Plus I have lots of excess skin from the twins pregnancy - and well, eating & exercising well is not going to get rid of that. So, I am not sure what my goal will be as my body will not be the same no matter what I do. It is not a certain weight... probably will aim for inches lost.

    Tiffany, twins really do a number on our bodies! I lost the weight but have a large "diastasis recti" which I'm trying to fix using the "Tupler Technique". Doing the exercises when I can that is, when time permits, slow going but I already see some slight changes.

    i gained 40 pounds but lost 20 pounds after 2 weeks. so 20 pounds to go. When can we start working out?

    I gained 35 pounds and lost 15 pounds just with the birth alone. I haven't weighed myself again since about 2 days postpartum. I'm ready to get moving too, but I know my body isn't ready yet.

    I gained 30lbs and have lost 16lbs at 4 weeks pp. I'm pretty happy so far since with DS2 I gained 50+ and was 10lbs heavier to start with. If anyone is interested, a few mamas from around the preg.org bb and myself are doing a Biggest Loser Challenge on the weightloss board. Do you think any of you might like to join us? The next challenge starts in Feb. If you think it sounds like fun, I'll post some info here. Our team is the Healthy Honeys.

    Im scarec to look at the scale so i dont know how much i gained or lost ( i always tell the nurses not to tell me ) but i know that im back to my pre preg size except for the little pregnsncy pouch! My dr told me i can go back to the gym in two weeks which makes me 8 weeks pp! Im soo excited about that !!
