Marie I will defiantly look into that! I am limited in the types of exercises I can do (no high impact boo) because of my retinopathy of prematurity, but I am all about the support system for getting in shape. It's not like I was in bad shape before, but I would love to get more fit now just so I will have more energy to play with the kids and be healthier overall.
What is funny is that my doc told me at my last appt a few days ago I was now free to walk around the mall and such... I did not realize I needed his permission to do that. I had been marching back and forth to the NICU since day #1 at a rather high rate of speed I might add since one baby was rooming in and the other was in the NICU. I am looking forward to being able to do weights. That is at least 5 weeks away.
I gained about 27 pounds, was 147lbs in labor and was 135lbs 4 days later. I'm a small girl so I actually didn't want to lose my baby weight just my belly( which by the way looks about 2 months pregnant so I can't wait to tone it up)
