Vicki-
You might have to look online as the latex ones are hard to find. It is probably good you are trying this now, because from my very limited experience it only gets harder. You might be able to syringe feed her or something like that until she is willing to try something else.

I know you need a night.

They have some of latex ones at our local Shoppers Drug Mart... if you can't get them I can always get some for you and mail them. Hang in there!

Have you trued Tippie tommie bottles or Medela bottles? Their bottles mimic the breast . I find that nuk bottles are pretty good too! Good luck

Our LC recommended Tommie tippe and Avent as they have a really wide base and are nipple like. Also I'd be sure you're using the slowest flow possible so it again is like the breast. I also would have someone else give her the bottle. I hope you find one that works for you soon!

ETA I personally won't use Medela ones again. The ones that came with my pump n style are way more narrow then the Avent or Tommie yippies which caused some bottle over boob preference issues with DD that were a big pain to correct.

Have you tried a wide nippled slow flow bottle? The wider nipples are more like an actual nipple and easier for the baby to transition to.

:lurk:

In the past I have used Breastflow bottles. When my son was born I found that I couldnt get them anywhere. So, this time we are using Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Bottle. We've only used a bottle a few times but this seems to be the one he does the best with.

My DD wouldnt take any bottle at all. Some kids just wont. GL, hopefully youll find one that works for your lo soon

Vicky- We use Tommie Tippie as well, and Kate does great with it. It has a really wide base and looks more like a breast than other bottles. And I have the slow flow nipples to she has to work a little bit to get the EBM out. She's able to go back and forth between me and a bottle with ease
