this is very sarcastic. i'm so sick of puking. any fruit, veggies, or anything healthy i eat comes back up. ice cream stays down. usually. eggs come back. i love eggs. i'm so sad. i miss eggs. and spinach. and apples. i weighed mmyself at my moms house and i think i'm down another 2 lbs if her scale is anywhere close to the Dr's office. so down 8 lbs now. and i need a nap.
Ahhhhh!!!!! I am so sorry that you are dealing with this. I suffered through the same type of scenario with my pregnancies. Hopefully it will begin to ease some for you soon. I believe I lived on ice chips to stay hydrated. I also found that eating slower and only taking VERY small sips of my beverage -- waiting about 15 minutes after I ate before actually trying to drink something... did help -- some. Carbonated drinks did me in completely.

if this follows the other 2, i'll hit the upswing after 16 weeks. ugh. right now i have absolutly no idea what will stay down and what will not. Cottage cheese, and spaghetti are the ONLY things i have not yet thrown up. i don't usually throw up cereal and milk or ice cream. mac'n'cheese.... always comes back. potato products usually stay down. apples always come back. in all forms. juice, sauce, fresh, pie, dried... no apples. yogurt has stayed down twice.... chocolate does NOT stay down. i don't drink anything carbonated anyway....
If i snack on candy and salty things alternatly all day, i'm much less likely to puke, i have found.
i'm convinced this one is a girl. because i've lost as much weight as i did with my first, i throw up nearly every day like with my first. my son i thought was a girl though, because i was still pretty sick. maybe i just had it easier because i was fired for most of the morningh sickness phase
i have found that i feel much better if i'm outside. i rarely have to go in to puke. like, once or twice so far is all. i think A/C is a trigger for me.
Sounds miserable! Hope you hit your upswing sooner than 16 weeks!
