I get severe m/s. With my first two I didn't have zofran. Being from the US, I can't get diclectin, but it's just doxylamine (Unisom) and B6. I used that combination nightly and it worked pretty well. I went from vomiting 3-4 times a day to 3-4 times a week. I was still horribly nauseous all the time and had trouble eating, though. But it would be a good start until you can get something stronger (if needed). Good luck.

I think the MS I had was actually a stomach bug because I've been fine since last Thursday since I posted this. I had a slight fever, vomited only once, then had (TMI) diarrhea for a few hours after. I felt sick for about 24 hours after that, but then I was fine.
Either that or the natural gravol (ginger) works REALLY well.
I'll still ask my doctor about it next week.
