    Default First trimester screening

Anyone else do this? I do it with all! I am old, so I get all sorts of things offered. I opted for the Harmony test and also tested for sex linked chromosome problems, and a muscular atrophy condition(all blood test and u/s). I had it almost 2 weeks ago. Test came back normal for all thank goodness. They are also able to determine the gender from this blood test, but I don't find out. Not gonna lie, it is harder this time. This particular test is new since my last!

We have a family history of downs on Dh's side so we tend to do the integrated screen (blood and u/s), mostly cause I'm a planner (not because we'd terminate) and I ate surprises!! Even surprise parties, hate em!

That is why I do it too! I like to be prepared and am lucky to have many fabulous resources if needed. I am thankful I haven't needed them.

We plan to get all testing done because my nephew is severely disabled and because of my age. Here it's called IPS. It's two blood tests and an ultrasound.
