my dad swore AGAINST transmission flushes, said both times he had it done the entire tranny went out a few months later!
Also the dealerships will def try to screw over women, so yes send dh!
I'm super tired today! Maddison started getting congested last night so that meant she woke up every few hours fussing *yawn*
Amber - I'm so sad for Russ. . .I'm sure it will get easier in time.
I had a busy day. I met mt sister and neice for a little shopping and lunch. I bought stuff to make a treasure chest for Everett. I think the rule will be he can search for a treasure if he can go from morning to nap time,, or naptime to bedtime without needing a time out. He's majorly into temper tantrums and will cry for 45 minutes (long enough to forget why he's sad) when things don't go his way. I picked up a few treats from the dollar section of target. If it works well, I'll hit dollar tree everyonce in a while to refil the treasure chest. I made it out of a plastic tub and covered the goodies with pinto beans.
Amy - That is a really good idea! My aunt sent me a bunch of stickers and $1 gift certificates for Mcdonalds. If Russ is good all day then he gets a sticker, 2 stickers gets him $1. I need to make a sticker chart to see if he "sees" the accomplishment if it helps. The first couple days of the program he was great but he has fallen off the wagon.
speaking of not proud mama moments, DH has rubbed off on Everett and he runs around yelling "Dang It!!" I know it could be worse, but it's still not attractive coming from a 2 year old. We tried to correct him and he pointed out daddy says it, and we've offered alternative phrases and he doesnt care for them. My plan is to ignore it and hope it goes away.
