WOO HOO! I get first post Smile

Mom and dad are in town and camping at the nearby campground (3 miles from the house) so tonight the kids are staying there... WHICH MEANS that Jared and I get to go out to dinner WITHOUT KIDS! This is such a rare thing I'm honestly excited about it!

Any one have big plans for the weekend???

Megan - I know exactly what you are talking about. Oh wait, I never don't have the kids. Smile Cant wait til December when I go home and my folks can watch the kids.

Tomorrow I told Russ that I would take them to the pool. Then we have a birthday party. Sunday is just my normal cleaning, laundry and yard work day.

I found out today that the judge had my papers 2 days before he signed them. I was divorced as of last Wednesday! I had an impromptu celebration without even knowing it. I got off early to get my IUD on Wednesday then took the boys out to dinner with yummy dessert. Of course now that i know I want to celebrate and have noone to go out with.

I am soooooo tired. Dalton had a horrible night and it was definately tummy troubles. Neither of us ate anything out of the ordinary so I don't know what is going on. I think I got less than 3 hours of sleep last night. This week we have 2 people at work on vacation so it's not like I can get an easy day. Grrrr!

Nat. . .have you ever thought about writing your password down somewhere??

Vacation was AMAZING! I wasn't sure if I could survive 11 days away from Ethan, but once we hit the beach, all I thought about was sand, sun, and swimming Smile

AFM- Today was Lexi's birthday!!!! Lexi and I celebrated with a mommy Lexi day! We went and got manis and pedis, got Lexi's hair cut, went out to lunch at Applebee's where they sang happy birthday to her and brought her a brownie sunday. Then we went over to Amy's house and brought Dora cupcakes!!! Tonight we are going out to dinner as a family (Jared wants to take Lexi to dinner also) What a fun day!

That sounds like an amazing birthday! I'm trying to figure out where to take E on his birthday where they'll sing to him Smile My top choices are Chevy's or Applebee's.

Yay for a good vacation!!!! Glad you enjoyed yourself....

Amy sorry you had a bad night...It sucks the big one doesnt it!!!!

Ive had a bad 2 weeks going on 3 now!!!
The whole school holidays with the kids was HARD work...all 3 kids at home was hard enough let alone Liam and Zoe getting a spew bug, SO being unwell too...then both the boys got a cough and snotty noses!!...it just never seemed to end!!
Charlies teething and got 4 teeth all cutting at the same time....
And to top it all off, Liam has started waking in the night calling out for us...we dont know why, as we just tuck him back in and he goes back to sleep, maybe hes cold...but its a disruption to our sleep...THEN Chuckles is waking EVERY night any where between 2am and 4am and staying awake...just chatting and signing to himself...not getting upset...BUT WONT GO BACK TO SLEEP FOR 2HRS!!!!!!....Sometimes even longer than 2 hrs!!!

Ive been sooooo tired Im amazed im not sick from being so run down...Ive been living off 2-3hrs sleep most nights...1hr was all I got for a few of those nights and the most Ive got was about 4-5hrs for a couple of nights!!!....
I NEED MY KIDS TO SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT AGAIN!!!!

Anyway thats my whinge over and done with...FOR NOW ANYWAY...HAHAHAHA....

OH AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY RING HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!

Nat - you crack me up.

Girls! my mother in law informed me that Chris told her he'd like to try for a girl. I'm not having any babys until I lose the baby weight from the last two. I'm not against another baby, but I am against another pregnancy. I need long enough to forget how bad it is for me lol.

I'm taking Everett to a dairy farm the day after his birthday (I work on his birthday). I'm hoping they will do something special for him, but I dont know of it works there. We aren't going because of his birthday we are going because it's fun and we're meeting my favorite college friend.

Amy that sounds like a TON of fun!!!

I KWYM about losing the baby weight first. I'm hoping to hit my first goal before getting a BFP but Lexi's birthday weekend has kind of put a damper on that one!

Amber unless you are trying to get pregnant now?...no I dont think you are crazy...YET!!! HAHAHA...
And I know you arent trying...so I think you are safely off my CRAZY list....FOR NOW!!!

I think Im crazy for having honest feelings that I could have another baby...But maybe thats because subconsciously I know it cant happen HAHAHA....But Ive had sooooo many dreams lately that I am pregnant and its a girl!!!...Maybe thats just cos I would LOVE to have a little girl...

Amy I think its great that hes open to another baby...But an totally understand your not wanting to be pregnant again...AND you would DEFINITELY have to do something about the house!!!....

Speaking of houses....MEGAN any update on your house plans???

Oh heck no! No plans for baby #3 anytime soon. Atleast not the next yr or so. Right now I have enough to adjust to....divorced, single mom, dating, then possibly moving, 5 kids etc....

Well today marks exactly one week until I go back to work. I'm SOOO not looking forward to it! And to make things worse, this week is just packed with appointmenets and cheer practice.

Today- 2:00 Zayne ENT, 3:15-4:10 Cheer Practice, 4:30-6:00 Meeting with a parent 6:30- looking at a house

Tomorrow- 11:00 Lexi Doctor (3 year appt) 3:00-5:00 cheer practice

Thursday- 10:30-2:00 Field trip and lunch with the daycare 3:00-5:00 Cheer practice

Friday- noon lunch with a friend and playdate for our kids 6:30- dinner with friends (ok Friday isn't so bad)

Monday at some point we are having a potluck meal with the cheerleaders to celebrate the end of summer practice!

Nat- we are still waiting to hear from the contractor regarding the plans/estimate so today we are going to look at a bigger house to see if it's something we are interested in instead of adding on.

Amber - Sounds like a super fun weekend! Happy early Birthday Russ!

Mari - Since it's a surprise, have you been getting lots of yellow and green baby stuff? Do you have a feeling that it's one or the other?

I have been picking up things really on sale for this little one that will work for either.. We didn't find out what Joshua was so we should have a lot of yellow and green from him. His newborn clothes are in the attic.. Getting them down and washing them is on my to do list for this weekend. In the begining I was thinking Girl.. Now I'm not so sure. Either way it doesn't matter... A girl would be nice so we have one of each, but a boy would be easier because I already have everything a boy could need. So it's a win win... If it is a girl I am sure she will not go naked.. who doesn't love shoping for baby girl clothes. I know I love shoping for my neices.

Mari - you are brave to have a surprise. I LOVE LOVE LOVE having 2 boys but I can see how having one of each would be fun too.

So I didn't tell you guys about my new friend I made. . .besides Amber.

I was talking to a daycare mom the other day b/c she's a mutual friend on facebook and I saw she'd worked where I'd done a clinical internship in college. She and I were there at the same time. Then we were talking about our kids possibly not being athletic b/c we played musical isntruments and we both played piano and trumpet. It was crazy the coincidences in our lives. She immediately friended me on facebook, it was great! Oh yeah, her name is Amy too!

Tee Hee Hee!!!

If you haven't been Lurking around pg.org then guess what???

I'm preggo with #3!!! Jared and I are REALLY shocked that we were able to make a baby the first cycle but definately not complaining. The sad thing is, and I can only put it here, for some reason I'm really not as excited as I was with the first two. Even when Zayne was such a "OH WOW, SURPRISE" I still had lots of emotions and happy feelings. I don't know why for sure but I"m not "YAY WE'RE PREGNANT" which is funny because this is the first time we were really trying to have a baby!

I'm guessing soon enough I'll be happy about it but right now I'm still just emotionless.

Congrats Megan! I can totally see how the lack of the surprise element would take away some of the initial excitment, but that doesn't mean you're any less happy about it. HH9M to you!

It's not an easy task not knowing what this little one is, and ppl are surprised that we didn't find out. This is one surprise in life that is worth waiting.

I'm exhausted. I think I've gotten about 4 hours sleep or less since Friday. Ugh I can't wait for bedtime tonight.

We had an awesome trip to Cali. Flying down I was a bit nervous but figured I am used to juggling the boys on my own. I got alot of help from random strangers on the way down. On the way home, not so much. The boys did awesome in the airport and flying. However they were both beyond clingy in Cali. Clingy is normal for Russ but not Austin. Funny thing was that guys played and interacted more with the boys than women did.

The short trip was the perfect test run for my trip to Wichita over Labor Day with the boys.
