Amy that really stinks! I hope you're able to find a good solution soon. Do you think he's old enough to get the concept of the sleep fairy? (she leaves a treat for kids who sleep in their bed all night) If all else fails there's always a dose of benedryll before bed (I'm soooo kidding but you know we've all thought about it)
EH! That honestly drives me CRAZY! If it's allergy reasons, I think most people will accomodate for allergies. If they seriously think parents are going to give the kids poison or something then you would be giving your own child the same thing!
Our school still allows parents to bring homemade treats and I'm pretty sure our daycare will forever The beauty of small down midwestern living
With our day care, I think it's mostly allergy reasons. Starting this year, there is a boy in E's class that is allergic to everything. We have a list of things that we can bring for snacks...no peanuts, no milk products, no wheat products...yep, it's a small list.
Just checking in really quick. I've been training my replacement the last couple weeks so that means no messing around on the computer. Although since my boss didnt get a 2nd computer that also means that I've spent alot of time texting, playing angry birds and today reading.
Moving day is quickly approaching. i still have a ton to pack, DF and his BIL will be here early Thursday morning and we have neighbors helping load the truck on Saturday.
how was valentines day? DH cleaned the house on sunday and i told him that was enough, but he still got me candy and flowers.
Everett proved yet again that red dye is not good for him.
The daycare teacher told me the other day they were talking about things you have one of (noses, mouthes) and things you have 2 of (ears, eyes) and Everett volunteered you only have one weiner. . . I don't know how she did it without laughing, but she said he was right you only have one weiner. LOL
