Today is off to a great start. In just over an hour I made DH's lunch, got the kids dressed, started laundry, fed the kids and dogs, put dinner in the crockpot, swept the kitchen/dining room and folded yesterday's clean laundry. Then my lazy bum sat down so putting clothes away will have to wait. I'm thinking today while at MIL's I should do all my thank you cards from my shower so that those are out of the way too. 4 days! I hope this 'nesting" bug stays with me because i have a lot to do.

The shower was a lot of fun. I was hesitant bc I don't really know anyone at church, but it ended up being a blast.
That was so nice of the church to do that for you, and I am glad you had a good time.
Glad your morning started off right! I just got to work...and was bombarded with requests to do stuff. :( E and I had dentist appointments this morning. I found out I have the start of two cavities :( but E's teeth look great!

This is a first i made a pan of brownies last night and only had one. I havent even touched the pan today.
WTG Amber! I can't even have a brownie mix in the house...
As soon as I typed that i grabbed a couple. Boo! Usually DH gets a brownie out of the pan and i eat the rest.
Your talk of brownies made me hungry...I grabbed a bagel and some peanut butter.
So I was thinking about what I want to do to my bedroom last night. I don't want to spend money on new furniture right now...because I don't know exactly what I want. My thought turned to covering the existing furniture with fabric. I think I want to pad the headboard and cover it with fabric, and cover the face of the drawers in fabric. All the fabric would be a neutral color. Then I want to put new hardware on the drawers. Probably a nickel colored to match the bathroom. Then, I want to put some shelfs above the headboard. What do you guys think?
