Happy day before turkey day!!!

I'm going to leave work around 1 or 2 today, run by the mall (NY&Co is having a big sale ). I'll pick E up, then we'll head to my parents. My SIL and I are working on our Black Friday shopping plan today, so I'm not getting much work done.

How was your weekend?

We had a great weekend! The weather was beautiful! Yesterday, E rode his bike and I walked 1.5 miles to a park that he likes. He played at the park for about an hour and then he rode/I walked home. He was a tired little boy! But, I thought it was great that he wanted to do it, instead of taking the easy way out and riding in the car. And it was great exercise for him and I.

How was your weekend?

Had a great weekend, Picked out our christmas tree... we will go back the weekend before christmas to cut it down when MIL and FIL can join us. Watched sunday football with Jim's friends at a sports bar. The kids did really well with sitting for so long. But I think Jim finally "gets it" that watching football in a bar isn't a place for young kids.

How is your christmas shopping going?

Not so great...I don't even know what I'm buying for half the people on my list. Usually by this time, I'm done. I need to find someone to watch E this weekend, so I can knock the rest of it out.

How is your Christmas shopping going?

Funny thing...some friends are having an End of the World party on Dec 21. They want the theme to be Doomsday Preppers, so we decided to have people use empty cans for drinking out of and maybe eating from. I started asking around at work for people to save their empty vegetable cans. It seems that no one eats canned vegetables.

Shopping is going pretty well.. Just a couple more things to buy and then wrap.. and I am DONE. I still have to bake.. which I normally enjoy.. but this year it feels like more of a hassle.

We use a lot of canned veggies with Maya.

HI GIRLS!!!! I miss everyone! I just never have time to get on the computer anymore and things are going to get even more crazy. Still not FB official but baby #4 is (very unexpectedly) coming in June. Just wanted to pop in and share the news. How is everyone doing?
