It's so funny - we used to always watch Nick, Jr. which is commercial free, but now she's in love with regular Nick and Disney Junior shows which have commercials - she's losing her mind with the the "I want, I want, I want!" Just added the reading Belle to her list!
READING BELLE IS AWESOME....too bad it costs $80! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!
Anyways, Lexi has been having "I want" issues since her birthday. Prior to her birthday I would tell her "maybe for your birthday" and ever since her birthday I've told her "You'll have to ask Santa"
So now when she see's a toy on TV she wants she says, "Mommy I'll ask Santa for that" The other issue we're running into is all the Ads coming to the house. Instead of reading books at night, Lexi wants to look through the ads and pick out toys. The only good thing about this is that I can decide which items she consistantly picks out so I can get a few of them!
"Mom! Mom! Come quick! We could get that...or somethin'." says the 3yo many times a day at those commercials. LOL
Same thought here, I would be more then happy to buy some of those toys if I knew they would be used more then just Christmas day.

Looks like Target has dropped the price of Storytelling Belle to $65, plus you can get another item half off. I know where I'm headed!
