I got the great idea today to do a Dr Seuss dinner on his birthday, March 2. The obvious choice is green eggs and ham, but I think E's school is going to do that for lunch. I did a quick search, but didn't find anything; guess I don't have the right key words. Any suggestions?
Any kind of pasta (Noodles for Poodles); or if your kids like stew or soup, call it Solla Sollew stew; fish is always an easy one. I live in Dr. Seuss' birthplace so March 2 is practically a holiday here. I was just riding down Mulberry St. last week! Have fun.
