Thread: If DH had to travel for work would you and the kids go with?

Your thoughts?

I think it depends on
a) how far it is/where it is
b) how much time DH will be working/how much free time
c) how long DH will be gone

So if I had to spend a week with the kids by myself in Key West while DH was in meetings all day and all night, I don't know if I would go...even if it were Key West. If DH only had a few meetings in the morning and afternoon but was going to be done by 4ish each afternoon and we could still have some family time I would totally think about it.

Austin TX. We would have to fly.
Dh should be done by 3ish everyday
4 days.

I think I would go then....it'll be fun for the kids to get away and have some 1:1 time (well other than your maternity leave LOL) I'm jealous that you have the time to take off

I'd go! It would be great to get away and at least have the room paid for. Austin is a fun city.

If we go it would only be 3 days leave b/c of a holiday and my friday off.
