Thread: # Daily Aug 14 #

Hey ladies!!! It's been slow on here! We've been adjusting to school and activities. We've got everything down, but baseball throws things off. I wish they had set days every week instead of bouncing around...makes life difficult!

I've been re-doing Connor's room for his birthday (which is tomorrow). I took down his boarder (what a PAIN!), and got a little sad. He's growing up. I'm trying to get everything settled down, because I think I'm going to start working! It's going to be strictly part time (8-12) with the company I used to work for (and Scott works for now). I will be doing support work to help out consultants when they're swamped. I'm a little nervous because I've been out of the loop for 10 years! I'm going to have to go through training again, but I should be able to catch on quick since I've done it all before. The good part is I'll be making good money and will still be able to run my kids around and participate at school.

31 DAYS UNTIL OUR DISNEY CRUISE!!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!

Brandi, congratulations on the new job! Very exciting. Glad things are settling down a bit in your house.

We're leaving for FLA tomorrow for a week. Will stay in Dave's aunt's house, a few minutes from the IL's but minus the 5 cats. Legoland Thursday, surfing lessons Saturday, uncle's birthday Sunday, and the zoo and the space center squeezed in between somehow. I'm taking some course prep work with me. Ha. Ha. Ha.

I am worried about Katy Arrington's status, ladies. I checked her page last night and someone had posted a thread comment saying, "rest in peace." I posted another comment asking for clarification, but nothing yet. Does anyone know anything? I am getting very sad and anxious.

WHAT!! I keep checking her page but she hasn't updated. OMG I hope she's OK. Her last post was positive. Please let me know if you hear anything.

I don't see that comment ML. I Just went to look but I can't find it. I have been worried because I have her last post as June.

Sam, a friend responded on Katy's FB page that Katy passed on August 8. Kelli started a thread on this July board and gave us a link to her sister's blog. Thanks, Kelli. Love you girls. You mean so much to me.
