March 9th Daily

Had my gastroscopy yesterday along with the ENT appt. No reason for the hoarseness. My GI actually mentioned surgery at one point but now I am in the clear on that point. He did find more polyps and did biopsies so I am sure that will be fine like last time. Other than that there was nothing to see. I just sound like this for no reason. Sweet.

So I have a full boat of 6 kids. 2 are older one that have the day off from school. They are sibs of my smaller kids so the whole gang is here. Busy busy.

Sorry about your voice, that sucks Sam. I had to look up polyps, never heard of it before. Hope everything from the biopsies comes back fine! Hope you make it through your busy day ok!

Looks like today and tomorrow should be our last cold days! It's -5C right now and starting Sunday and for all week next week (March Break) it's supposed to be 10C +. Yay!
I have 5 kids this morning. But I'm trying to enjoy it. Next week I'll have the regular daycare kids and then all 3 of my kids on top of that! Hope I make it through the week. I'm trying to plan a cool activity/craft everyday so my older ones don't get too bored.
We're going to see The Lorax on Sunday and I can't wait!
Have a good Friday all!

Sam, is it a sexy voice? LOL! Yeah, I'm calling you next week. I went to call you today and my kids went insane and were fighting (they had the day off).
Samantha, I'll take your word for it that those temps are good. Wink I have no sense of conversion! Enjoy your weekend!

Kids had the day off, so craziness around here! At least Alyssa got out and went to dance. She's dancing late tonight so they can run their full company number a few times and clean it up. Competition next weekend! I'm THRILLED that we'll be able to drive there Saturday morning, and come home that night! I really didn't want to have to get a hotel room downtown Atlanta for $150 a night!

Busy weekend with baseball pics, baseball, birthday party...oh my! I want a day off!

Brandi, you have an impressive amount of energy, my friend. Good luck getting through the weekend!
Samantha, enjoy your weekend, too. Enjoy the movie.
Sam, *hugs* I'm sorry the procedure didn't reveal any clear cause. I'm thinking of you.
Tired and overbooked. Will try to cut down on the amount of socializing this family does for the next few weeks. Too many coffee dates, play dates, lunch dates, etc. Finished up one 8-wk semester of Humanities this week and am in the home stretch of grading. I was sooooooo happy to have a semester clear of plagiarism until...a make-up assignment I read today. Sad Oh well, it really was too good to last, since there were 42 kids in the class and they completed 8 writing assignments each. Since most of the assignments were in a personal journal, I assumed (!) no one would want to plagiarize. Silly me!

So, I start teaching two new 8-wk courses next week, another Humanities class, and a creative writing. Busy busy prepping!
