Just a reminder to all you mommies to HYDRATE, Hydrate, Hydrate!
It just got hot here this week, and I couldnt figure out why my blood sugars were all so high. Then it hit me! I was really dehydrated! For the last few days I have been carrying a full water bottle everywhere and drinking a ton (I feel like I slosh ) My sugars have gone back to normal, my energy is up, and people have been commenting on how much I have 'blossomed' or 'popped' (making me think I was low in fluid before).
Anyways, just thought I would share to encourage everyone to make sure they are getting enough water!
