McDonalds for breakfast...anyone have a preggo exercise DVD

Ugh, I am thinking we have a healthy baby on our hands because my tummy is not loving the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit that I had for breakfast this morning Smile

Maybe I will go eat some fruit, it seems to be the thing my tummy wants all of the time, good news for my growing body!

That reminds me, does anyone have a great preggo workout DVD, I bought a couple of yoga ones the other day, but isn't there anything else besides yoga that preggos can do? I will do the yoga a couple times a week, but have never been the relaxation breathing type, more the kickboxing cardio type...any ideas?

And, yes I know, who has the time to workout with everything...apparently when you aren't working and have no other kids, you have time to kill Smile

That's cool that you have the time and energy. I need to take a few walks this week and not fall down on exercising, so thanks for the reminder!

:lurk:

I don't have any real advice on exercise DVDs, but you can do almost any kind of exercise you want while pregnant! Walking, running, elliptical, swimming, etc. As long as it feels good to your body, go for it. Walking especially is supposed to be very good for you during pregnancy.

Good luck finding a workout routine you like! Smile

Swimming or water aerobics are especially nice, particularly when you start getting big and feel heavy. It just takes all the pressure off your joints and feels wonderful Smile

I just want the energy to actually want to do some kind of exercise. Where can I find some of that?

Don't really have the energy, more like have the time... and I finally went to the gym and walked/jogged(mostly walked) 2.5miles while reading a book. It felt fantastic and I didn't feel tired afterward like I usually do after a walk...I miss my sauna time though Sad

next time it's swimming time, I am so glad I have a gym membership for another year that's already been paid up front(it was my bday present to myself last year, got it from Costco if anyone is interested in cheaper way)
