Yesterday I took DD out to lunch at a bagel cafe. She wanted a juice and they were HUGE, so I said we'd split one. It was so easy to drink. I normally only drink water, coffee and beer. Coffee and beer are out right now, and I am finding it really hard to drink as much water as I need (we need more than usual). I have discovered that adding a splash of juice to the water makes it much easier to get down. Wanted to share in case it helps someone else. I cannot wait for these m/s symptoms to subside!
