Between Clothes

Is anyone else having issues with regular clothes getting too tight and maternity clothes being too big? I feel like I have only a few shirts that are comfortable with everything else either being uncomfortably tight or looking like a moo-moo. What are you guys doing?

Went to 5 stores today trying to find church appropriate dresses and pants that are not leggings. No luck at all. Why do they try to make maternity tops with all these crazy patterns. Also, pregnant people have boobs. They need to make shirts that can contain these boobs.

Have you tried a bella band for your pants? That got me through several months of my last pregnancy.

This time around, I just pulled out maternity clothes at 4 months full time. This baby popped out early Wink

Definately having that problem here. I've started wearing some maternity shirts but sometimes I think it looks rediculous because I don't stick out enough to actually look pregnant. Fortunately I have clothes in the next few bigger sizes because I lost a lot of weight last year. So I'm wearing a combination of bigger sizes and maternity.

Yep, I'm there too. Luckily I have the one-size-up jeans from after my last pregnancy, and they're currently doing okay when I need to leave the house. At home, it is yoga pants basically all the time. Shirts haven't given me too much trouble yet, thankfully.

Yeah, I've tried the bella band. It just doesn't work with my work trousers because they are so slim fitting. Lucky for me my job is very lax about what you wear so I've been wearing jeans and sweaters. The problem is my regular sweaters are too tight and my maternity sweaters are too big. I guess I will just have to go shopping for some better fitting maternity wear. I just hate how expensive it all is!
