Thread: Bonus ultrasound!

Went to the doctor for my terrible constipation. I was to the point of not being able to sit down. It was terrible (the process my OB gave me to fix the problem was almost worse!).

But the bright side is that my OB couldn't find the baby's HB so he pulled out the portable ultrasound machine. Baby was curled up in a tight little ball way down low. Feet were almost over the head, hahahaha. I saw a full little bladder and the heart beating.

And while my doctor says we need to wait two weeks for the big ultrasound to say for sure, we were both in strong agreement that it's a girl!

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time with constipation, but that is neat that you got to see your LO! Congrats on the girl!

Awesome! I hope the constipation clears up soon. I think I may have asked this before, but are you taking prenatal vitamins? The iron in them can really do a number on your digestive system.

Not taking the vitamins--it's the Zofran that's killing me. The funny thing is the more constipated, the more nauseous. So I'm trying to suffer through the vomiting fit a few days until this clears up and then I'm trying to only take one pill a day.

Boy, that's rough. I hope the nausea stops soon. Did you have vomiting throughout your other pregnancies?
