    Default emotionally beaten down:(

Hi ladies, even though I am a BTDT mom but still being a FTM on some things. Right now I am dealing with my daughter's school and teacher. The school went skiing on Wednesday and apparently my daughter had a melt down before coming home. Melt down was when she bought a slurpee at the ski hill and finished about half of it and told her she has too throw it out before coming on the bus and that when she had a fit. Anyway, I had a friend to pick her up from school and take her to gymnastics because her daughter is in the same classes and they are great friends. When she came home, my friend told me that she had a fit at the hill and her teacher told her to tell me for heads up. Asked my daughter, tried to tell me hysterically of her version and my friend tried to yell at her in front of me but I put my finger up to quiet my friend. That is the second time she hollered at my kid in front of me. Needles to say she not going to do that again with me there. Later that night we called her teacher to get the story. We asked her if she said that they would leave her if she didn't stop crying? because that's what my friend said and we also asked her if she told my friend to tell me and the teacher answered no to both questions. She was only talking to my daughter and my friend eavesdropped on their conversation about what happened. we even asked my daughter if the teacher talked to my friend and she said no. Her teacher was not going to tell us until she gets apology out of my daughter and if not she was going to call us and tell us of what happened. I am just wondering why my friend took it upon her self to tell me such crap? We have a meeting today with the teacher to talk about others things of what has been going on. I am sick of dealing with stupid people. On the upside I am going to my other friends baby shower tonight. Sorry for the long vent.

I'm sorry your friend treated you that way. It sounds like she is an attention seeker. I'm not sure I would let my daughter go with her. It sounds like she has trouble respecting proper boundaries.

Thank you Deb I won't let her take my daughter to gymnastics anymore. I already got another friend who is sweet as pie to do it. It was very hard to look her in the face and talk to her today when picking up my daughter. I am so freaking pissed
