Anyone used or heard of a good tool to track what you are eating during pregnancy? I'm tyring to be diligent about getting in all the fruits, veggies, and nutrients that are suggest for pregnancy, but having a hard time finding something specific to pregnant women.
I use MyFitnessPal for tracking food. I used to use LoseIt! but it wasn't customizable as much. With MyFitnessPall you can customize all your goals for macro/micro nutrients as well as protein/fat/carb percentages. What they recommend on MFP is to get all your goals from your doctor and enter them in there for tracking. Here is a link:
I've found a lot of people who used MFP before getting pregnant will continue to use it during so that they remain healthy and then they use it after to lose baby weight. There are a few groups on there for pregnant women as well!
