I am wondering how are you all doing? I am 7 weeks and I am sick. Nauseous all the time I puked 3 times and I have food aversions. I can't have coffee, beef, pickles and peppermint with chocolate. I hope this sickness doesn't last long at least to week 12.

I'm not feeling great - I get nauseous when I'm hungry...which seems to be all the time. I used to be able to eat breakfast and be satisfied till noon. Now an hour later I'm hungry again. At this rate I'm going to gain way too much weight. I get really bloated in the evening/at night and my stomach feels awful if I eat but if I don't I get nauseous.
Haven't had any major aversions yet (besides just not feeling like eating certain things). But today I'm baking a ham and that smell is driving me crazy and giving me a headache. I think it's because the smell makes me hungry and being hungry makes me feel yucky. Hopefully I'll still be able to eat it for dinner.
I definately have a mild case of prengancy sickness compared to what some people go through. I haven't thrown up yet and I actually think I'm not quite as tired this time as I was with my last pregnancy.
Nauseous and vomiting occassionally. Coffee is the first real trigger for me so far. Sick when i'm hungry, sick after I eat, sick when I move too much. Seems to get better when I eat something salty. My morning sickness in the past has lasted until 14-16 weeks. I am not looking forward to this.
I am new to the group. I am 9 weeks and 3 days. I feel horrible. I don't mind the dry heaves and the fatigue but the dizzy spells that I get drive me crazy and make me very anxious. Does anyone else have dizzy spells, what seems to help them?
I could feel worse, but I could feel better, too! My stomach feels really queasy when I am hungry and then again like an hour after I eat. I am so tired and not feeling very motivated.
Rhall75--I get dizzy spells. I find that they get better for me if I make sure to drink enough water and if I eat more small meals instead of bigger ones (they intensify if I am hungry).
Queasiness is getting better, there were 2 weeks there where I felt terrible, and of course it was during the move and house-hunting. But I didn't throw up on the plane, which was my main concern. Between weeks 6 and 8 are always worst for me, but I still need to eat constantly to feel okay.
So I posted yesterday - and then got really sick last night. I went out to get a few groceries and was seeing spots (like I do when I'm light headed but I felt fine). By the time I got home I had a bad headache. Ended up laying down for the rest of the evening. Took a Tylonal but still had a headache half way through the night and felt like if I opened my eyes I'd throw up. I feel better this morning but I'm trying to take it easy. I can almost feel that headache trying to come back.
I've never had a problem with headaches before...Not sure if this was a migraine or if I'm getting the flu...or just a pregnancy thing.
