I'm generally queasy for most of the day, but thankfully due to wearing Seabands all the time (even sleeping in them) I haven't been sick since last Wednesday.
I haven't found any foods that trigger me feeling bad, but not eating enough and being tired seem to be triggers. Talking about feeling tired, I am shattered by 8pm most days and struggle to concentrate after that. I wish I worked somewhere where I could get away with having a nap at lunchtime becasue I need one then, but there is no way I could sleep in the staffroom or my office (I share it and it is the front office that parents come to.).
Well, I thought I was doing really well but last night I slept 12 hours which means I went 12 hours without Zofran... yeah. I puked my guts out when I woke up! Sigh. I guess I still need the Zofran pretty badly!
I'm also super tired still. I mostly lay in bed all day and nap in the afternoon and then I feel pretty good for a few hours at night energy-wise. I'm guessing the energy will come back in a few weeks--right after Christmas. Bleh. I NEED ENERGY NOW!!!!
Yeah tiredness gets to me as well. The last 2 days I had a morning nap for 2 hours while DH looked after DD2. Zero energy. I cheated on the bake sale. I bought cookies instead. Still got lots to do yet with the Christmas concerts coming up.

havent been feeling to great, im not nausea but my stomach just feels sour. I have a cold now so it doesnt help cause my sinus pressure gives me migraines. I cant wait until i wake up and just feel good. I dont have any food aversions i just dont feel like eating certain things, the garbage did make me gag the other day and i constantly gag when i brush my teeth, i gagged yesterday morning just thinking i had to brush my teeth lol.
I have had nausea every day since week 5. I am at week 9 now. I generally have nausea throughout pregnancy. I used to call it morning, noon and night sickness because it comes and goes in waves throughout the day. I've discovered that sipping on ice water helps. I have a box of cheese nips by the bed, and sometimes nibbling on a few of those helps too. I have aversions that come and go. I generally only eat what doesn't make me gag to think about it at any given time.
I'm also very, very tired. By the time dinner rolls around, if I haven't had a nap, I'm exhausted. My older kids have heard, "Mom's not feeling well, she needs to rest," so many times that I have a hard time believing they don't know I'm pg.

I know! My poor kids, all they hear is "Mommy doesn't feel well, so you need to be quiet so she can get some sleep." I feel so bad, I keep buying them more Christmas presents. As if Legos can make up for my lack of participation in their lives right now. Sigh. the momma guilt is a terrible thing!
The last couple days I've had pretty good energy in the morning but by dinner time I'm completely wore out. And pizza sounds SOOO good to me right now that my family will be lucky to get anything else to eat for the next month.
My oldest dd is 4 and I don't think she'd connect Mommy being sick with pregnancy but I'm afraid she'll start mentioning to other people that Mommy's tired and sick a lot. Thankfully it's only a couple weeks till we're telling our families.
I'm feeling ok. Although yesterday was horrible with puking, no sleep throughout the night. I was so happy I could sleep last night! And today was a good day, no new puking, but much needed recovery!
