I am sore down there

Hi everybody it feels like my one half of my vajayjay hurts and achy. I feel like I am 36 weeks pregnant not 20 weeks. Does any BTDT moms who feels sore quicker than their earlier pregnancies?

I assume you mean achy like muscle ache as opposed to sore like a yeast infection. Are you spending a lot of time on your feet? If so, that could be causing the muscle aches. Try taking breaks more often and maybe putting up your feet for awhile. A hot pack or heating pad on your lower back might help too, or see if you can get DH to massage your lower back. If you are not able to sit down or lie down frequently enough to get some relief, you might want to get one of those belly supports.

Yeah it is sore muscle type. It happens when I get up to stand. I am tempting to put a nice heat pack there just relieve the achy feeling.

I have had pain/pressure down in that region for a couple of weeks. It feels like my pelvis is broke Sad I got a script for a belly band and have been wearing it but it doesn't always help. I take tylenol but it doesn't always help either.

Everything checks out ok, I just had another appt./u/s yesterday....my cervix is closed tight and long. The dr. says there isn't really much she can do about it. It's probably just the weight of the babies.

I'm 20 weeks and am measuring 30 weeks (with twins)

Some days are alot more painful than others thats for sure. I can barely walk thru walmart when I get to the end I'm DONE!!!! and in tons of pain.

Hope it gets better for you

I've had more pain/pressure this time - but I'm assuming it's because it's twins. Any chance you're carrying twins?! Wink

I'm having dryness and soreness, but I think my is actually yeast. Was already treated once, but will tell the doctor again next week.

You can also try pelvic tilt exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor. Look up the yoga positions "angry cat" and "old horse." You can also do pelvic tilts while standing. A modified cobra stretch (put your hands on the counter top and lean your belly forward while you arch your back backward) might also help.

I have some soreness down there, but it is usually due to me being on my feet too much. Speaking of getting sore earlier... man my back is bothering me already. I've got a long ways to go still!

No kidding! I can't spend any extended amount of time on my feet without aching all over.
