    Default introducing myself

    Hi I'm Tara
Husband is Doug, I also have two daughters Alanna 12 and Hannah 6

I was on the May 06 board way back when our little ones were little (hi Nancy)
I had a different log in name but forgot my password and have had many other email changes since then so I just made another username

Anyway, My Husband and I did IVF on OCT. 30 and transferred 2 beautiful embryos on Nov. 4th

Much to our surprise at our 1st ultrasound we found out that BOTH of our embryos split and so we are now pregnant with 2 sets of identical twins (yes 4 babies)

Due date is either july 23 or 25 it changes every u/s I get. Although they say quad delivery is 28 weeks, which scares the crap out of me. I'm hoping I can hold on til at least 30 or maybe even 32.

Still in shock but getting used to it, and getting very very excited to meet them. I have been monitored every week by my RE-still seeing him at the moment

He says maybe in Jan. he will release me to my OB/GYN

Anyway I can't wait to meet everyone

I think Nancy is the only one I know so far

Wow, congratulations! My sister actually gave birth to quads at 34 weeks, so it can happen! They're gorgeous, healthy 4 year olds now, I hope it all works out for you!

    Congratulations x4! How exciting!
I had a dream a while back that they found 5 babies on the ultrasound. Pretty sure it's not true though.

Congrats! Wow four babies. I know Id be in shock for a long time to come if they said four babies for me, wow. Dont worry about the early delivery. Ive had two babies born early (different pregnancies) and both babies are perfectly healthy six and four year olds. (They were given up for adoption, so yes this is my fiancees and my first baby.)
