Morning Sickness has Arrived

Really started up this week. I've been pretty miserable. I may have a couple good hours a day but otherwise dealing with constant nausea and throwing up. This is not fun to deal with at work. This is going to be a long few months *sigh*

How is everyone else feeling?

I had it the other morning, but, knock on wood, I haven't since.

My biggest symptom is the peeing and the the sore boobies.

I've found the smelling a lemon helps curb the nausea. That's what helped at the most drastic times with my last pregnancy. I have cut up lemons in a ziploc bag on my desk here at work lol. People probably think I'm crazy!

So far, I've only been nauseated a little here and there. It looks like I'm a little behind you ladies, and from my reading and past experience, I should be expecting in the next week or two. Yay!!

Today has been an absolutely miserable day. And it's only noon! We're going to visit my parents this weekend and I really doubt we can hide it from them the whole weekend. So we're going to have to let them in on our news. I was hoping to wait a couple more weeks closer to thanksgiving.

I heard herbal ginger helps. Last pregnancy I used the motion sickness bands. They didn't take it away but took the edge off so I could function.

Nothing so far but I'm sure it's coming. First time around, I threw up enough to need IV fluids. Second time around was only slightly better. Mine lasted all nine months the first time and about 7 months the second time. So I'm bracing for it!

Spent all weekend in bed unable to move. So miserable. I had to take today off of work. Planning on sleeping all day. I may call the dr today for some meds. I have a dr appt on Wednesday but not sure I can make it until then. I have to work!

I hate this part so much.

mine is getting progressively worse. last week it was lasting 12:30 ish - 3.

today it is not even 11 and it has started. I'm trying to get water down, but that is proving difficult too.
