Natural Remedies?

Does anyone know of any natural remedies to increase fertility? I was going to do some "google-ing" but just wondered if any of you had any ideas as well? I have heard of Flax seed as helping, wonder if there is any truth to that?

I think some ladies are taking Royal Jelly and Maca. Not sure of any other supplements but I know someone around here will know!

If you click on my chart, you should be able to see what I tried/am trying this cycle including different kinds of herbs and foods as well. This is my first cycle adding anything to prenatals and preseed so we shall see Smile

Things I will try in the future if I don't this cycle: Maca Root, Vitex, and a few others

Is the maca root in a pill form or what is it?

I was wondering the same thing, and where can I buy maca root/royal jelly?

royal jelly can be purchased at walmart, it's in pill form for less than $6. i know you can purchase the raw form more than likely at the natural foods stores. with either one you have to make sure you aren't allergic to bees, pollen, honey in any capacity...

I also decided to add Robitussin and baby Aspirin to my list. I feel, upon doing research, it can't hurt.

Oh awesome! I had no idea it was as Walmart. I eat biscuits and honey so I know I am not allergic to honey and I have been stung by bees plenty of times, so I know I am not allergic to bees either. Definitely going to give it a try! How many capsules do you take? Just one a day or what?

Oh, and when do you start taking them? If I picked them up tomorrow I would be CD 5, is that too late to start and should I just wait until next cycle, you think?

I would start tomorrow. It's not like the Soy Isoflavones where it's really particular on the dates. Most people that take them keep going after ovulation date. As far as I know, it is just a reproductive system boost type of thing. I have DH take it for sperm production and quality, as well. I think the "official" remedy listed on the bottle is to help with PMS symptoms or something like that. I only take one a day usually, but today I took 2. I think the official amount listed on the label is actually 3 per day. I was sort of easing into it to make sure I didn't have a reaction since I started so many new damn things this month.
