    Default New to pregnancy.org.....

Hi ladies! This looks like a fun website and I'm glad to be here to share our pregnancies together.

I am pregnant with w/ baby #3, TeamGreen, SUPER excited about that. We're planning another homebirth. Pregnancy came as kind of a shock but my bbs have never been sore this long before so I knew something was up, that with pizza cravings, a horribly broken out face, mood swings, sore teeth etc.... Yay!!

    Congratulations!

Your ticker says "first outdoor home birth" - do you mean you will give birth outside? Wow that's pretty cool!

Yes, I do "plan" on giving birth outdoors, pending the weather. I'm a hippie at heart LOL! Hubby and I are going back and forth on the proper "shelter" for outside for me to do this but I am pretty adamant about it being outdoors SOMEHOW haha.

I met my best friend on another message board and her, her two children and her hubby hope to be here for the birthing as well.

what a great idea! And why don't more people do it? That would be way more relaxing than a room, and it wouldn't get all stinky and stuffy what with the sweaty work of giving birth, either. I'm intrigued

Welcome and Congrats! I have made many friends here and I'm sure you will too! There is also a natural birthing board that could use more participates if you would like to share your experience with others seeking a natural birth experience. An outside home birth sounds like a wonderful experience.

I'll definitely be sure to check out the NB board!

I think outdoors will smell quite nice if I have lots of flowers planted LOL!!

Congratulations and welcome!!! An outdoor homebirth sounds nice, as long as you don't have any neighbors.
