I just returned from a trip to the grocery store, looking for full fat plain yogurt that is trans fat free. Apparently this doesn't exist?
Even the plain organic yogurt has trans fats. It's so surprising to me!
I did find some "kids" yogurt - full fat, small containers - that was trans fat free (but not all, again surprising), but it's all flavoured. I would prefer to avoid the flavoured stuff and either feed it plain (yuck to me but Colin loves it) or add my own fruit, to avoid the sugar.
So I'm wondering, what's worse, trans fats or sugars?
...or if any Canadian moms have found plain full fat yogurt without trans fats, what brand and where?
