Thread: baby update

Hi Ladies! I just got back from my NT scan, and baby looked great! It was such a relief to hear the heartbeat, and see the little bean wiggling around. We're going to start telling family tonight, and a few friends tomorrow & this weekend. I can finally let myself feel excited!! Such a relief.

Thanks ladies! It was a huge relief to see the baby moving. At my regular appointment yesterday, we heard the heartbeat. Thomas went with us and got to hear it. He thought it was so cool! He is really excited about the baby. We had friends over the other night, who are expecting their first baby in December. As soon as they walked in, he said, "We're having a baby!" He thinks it's a girl. We'll see...

SO cute! I'm sure you don't care what the sex is either way (as long as baby is healthy), but one of each is fun!

yes, one of each would be awesome! We'll be thrilled either way, just so happy to be having our second baby.

Thanks Cali! Yes, everyone has been so happy for us. We've waited a long time (and aren't getting any younger!!), so they're pleasantly surprised we are having another baby. Some people thought we were done, but we'd always planned on two.
