Naps

Are your LO's still taking naps? If so, how long are their naps?

Also, how much sleep does your LO get at night?

Hey!

Most of the time Leia doesn't nap, although she definately still needs to. If she doesn't, she is a brat lol. If she was to nap when we're home, she could sleep almost 3 hours and if at nursery it's only an hour or so. She sleeps right through the night from about 8/8.30pm until 7am ish whether she naps or not.

xx

I could have posted exactly what Kristi did.. except that Callie sleeps most days, and probably sleeps 2 hours at daycare Smile

No Sad those naps are a thing from the past...
He hasn't had an afternoon nap since his sister was born.
He sleeps through the night from about 8-7pm no problems

I cannot get Thomas to nap at home, unless I nap with him. He will happily sleep *on* me for 2-3 hours. At school, he sleeps at least 1 1/2 hours, maybe 2. He goes to sleep most nights around 9pm, and wakes with me at 6am. I think he needs more sleep, but he won't go to sleep any earlier even if I try. He also wakes every night and comes to my bed, and won't sleep after I get up.

thankfully ryan still takes a nap. he is so bad if he doesnt get one. he can sleep anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours. he goes to bed at 7 (hes monster if hes up any later) and wakes around 7:30-8. my kids are like their dad, they love to sleep, and they need the sleep or they are hard to deal with.

Yep, she's still an awesome little napper, and I hope she keeps it up when baby comes. She sleeps from about 1-3 every afternoon. And so do I, lately Wink

J had a few days where he just refused to nap! I was worried we were on our way out of the napping phase. I was worried b/c he is so cranky on non-nap days! He still needs his rest! Yesterday he took a decent nap, but then he had trouble going down to bed at night....

This is exactly Matthew. Man oh man is he a huge brat if he dosen't get a nap. Those days suck! I would say Matthew naps maybe 4 days a week.

Wow, that is a lot of sleep!

This week, my goal has been to get Thomas to stay in bed for naps. We had 1 good day, 1 OK day, and today was awful. He didn't nap, and was a crank all evening. I'll try again tomorrow!
