    Default Super Brave Miss C!

Okay, I know this is a little off topic, but I'm so proud of DD! Today she had to have some blood drawn from her arm at the hospital. And afterwards, she said that it "Only hurt a little bit." She was so brave! She got a reward, of course! The nurses gave her a Dora bandaid and a Dora sticker (I don't like Dora, but my daughter sure does.. she's been exposed to Dora at school) and I gave her a small brownie that she'd been asking about since we made them.

Now we just have to wait for the test results! She had a reaction to something (a cashew) she ate about a week ago. Since then, I've been carrying an epipen jr., but I'll feel better with her blood allergy test done!

What a brave little girl! I hope the results come quickly and I hope they are great results. How scary to have had a reaction. I'm sorry you are having to deal with this sort of concern.

p.s. We never watch Nick Jr and J knows all about Dora and the characters in the show. When asked about it, he said he watches it at school... that show is also not my favorite!

Awww what a brave big girl!! What kind of reaction did she have Lisa? I hope the results come back and she's all clear of any allergies.

How's bun in the oven? Have you thought of any names yet?

    xx

She broke out in some spots on her face/neck and started sneezing and her nose ran. I'm just glad there was no swelling or breathing problems!

As for the bun, he's doing well He's more active as he's getting bigger. We've talked a little about names, but DH and I are far from picking something!

Glad she did OK with blood draw. I don't have a problem with Dora, but Thomas prefers other shows.
