Check in

Just thought I would do a little check in to see how everyone is doing:)
SO...

How are you feeling?

How old is baby?

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition?

What's new (with you or baby)?

Anything else you want to add...(?)

How are you feeling? I'm feeling pretty good overall. I am a bit worried about my milk supply though, as I think I'm dehydrated. I'm still making milk, but for some reason Grace isn't seeming as satisfied during/after nursing. Been getting a lot of headaches, so I think it's probably me not drinking enough water. I'm horrible about drinking water. Ugh.

How old is baby? um...6? weeks I think. I lost track, woops!

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? I think everyone has adjusted quite well. Ollie absolutely adores Gracie...Cash isn't quite as interested, but, he's very good at helping me when I need things. Daddy is in love...I love watching them together. She is definitely "daddy's girl"

What's new (with you or baby)? Nothing much...just been BUSY BUSY BUSY. Recovering from a long holiday weekend today. I feel like I could sleep all day.

Anything else you want to add...(?) I'm really sorry for being M.I.A. lately, summer is always crazy for us, lots to do and lots going on. I always try and at least pop on here once a day...even if I don't post. and CONGRATS to all the momma's that recently had their LO's.! I love seeing everyone's pics.;)

I understand they dehydrated thing. I know I am...

How are you feeling? Constantly tired, LOL. And I have a nagging headache that won't ever go away! Probably due to a combination of not drinking (or eating) and sleeping enough. Also I sprained my wrist, probably carrying my big little boy Blum 3 and I can't get it to heal no matter what I do!

How old is baby? 3 weeks and a few days

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? Pretty well. It's just me and DH and the animals. The dog and cats don't seem to really notice him anymore, although our dog is pretty protective of him. We also have a routine now--DH helps me with his baths (bonding time for father and son) and holds him in the evenings during Tommy's "grumpy time."

What's new (with you or baby)?
Nothing major...um, Tommy's got great head control and he's SUPER strong. He's also huge, LOL. Probably due to consuming 4-5 oz of formula every two and half to three hours. He doesn't grump as much as he used to but sometimes we have our bad days. Like yesterday night when he screamed and nothing helped him. I think he's a bit colicky and I'm contemplating switching formula brands.

Anything else you want to add...(?)
Not really...only I have to admit I look forward to Tommy being older where I can interact with him more with toys and such. Poor little guy always looks like he's trying to do things that his body won't let him do yet--like grab toys, sit up, etc.

Great Idea!
How are you feeling? I am feeling okay - tired

How old is baby? 6 weeks

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? Everyone is adjusting well. Nicholas is a great big brother, we have our moments but he is three and a lot of stuff has happened within the past month.

What's new (with you or baby)? Jacob had an eye exam today and he passed. He is having great difficulty with the bottle. We don't know if it is his acid reflux or the nipple of the bottle. It is very frustrating. He is hungry, but won't let himself eat - if that makes sense. My Ped. has stopped being helpful in this area Sad And, the sleep thing - does not exist in this house anymore. Still up every two hours and sometimes once an hour.

Anything else you want to add...(?) I have my 6 week postpartum appointment on Thursday. I will discuss my blood clot issue with her. I may want to go to another hematologist. Telling me there is nothing wrong is unacceptable to me. I almost lost my baby because of this. I want more of an exam - not just hands on my legs. Overall, I am thrilled with my family of four and love my boys Smile

How are you feeling? I feel pretty good - we're getting an ok amount of sleep now, which makes a big difference!!

How old is baby? They are 2 months old already!

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? Everyone here is adjusting pretty well - Grace has had her moments, but overall she's a great big sis and pretty helpful. She knows her brothers and their cries - and doesn't hesitate to tell me "Mommy, Jacob is not happy - he's crying 'cuz you need to feed him...don't forget to change his diaper" lol. The dogs don't pay the boys much attention, though oneof them runs circles around them boys when they cry and tried to 'help' by licking them.

What's new (with you or baby)? Both boys are sleeping well - we're usually only up once (per boy) at night - yay! They have both rolled from front to back and Ian has been interacting with the toys on his bouncy chair a lot more lately.

Anything else you want to add...(?) It's been crazy here - we have had all of the out of town grandparents here for visits and we've had constant company for about the past month. It's nice to have the help, but I'm ready to have my house to myself again too (I'm sure I'll regret thinking that when everyone is gone - haha!) I would say I'll have more online time when things are back to normal, but then I'll be here alone with all 3 kids - wish me luck!

How are you feeling? Still a little depressed, not clinically, and feeling better, but it has been a little hard on me Sad I am also still fighting dehydration. It is sort of major for us, tho, because it caused Tanner to lose so much weight and he is still just getting back up. He just reached his birthweight (actually he got to 8lb 6and a half oz, got to count every half oz;) hehe) last week (at 4 weeks). I am taking it a week at a time, and when we weigh him this week, if he hasn't gained enough we will do another week of trying to give him formula. He gained 6 oz last week and only had formula for about 3 days (and not a lot of it).

How old is baby? 6 weeks tomorrow Smile

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? Well. Not as well as I would like. I think my depression made it that much harder for my family. Sad I just cannot seem to do anything.

What's new (with you or baby)? Tanner is awesome Smile He is such a cutie, he smiles at us and is beginning to think about laughing Wink haha He holds his head up great, and always has his eyes wide open. The kids like to watch him to see if he blinks! LOL!

He is so sweet.

Anything else you want to add...(?) I am sorry I am not here much. I do read, but since I feed Tanner constantly, trying to keep my milk supply up and get him fattened up, I don't have a lot of empty-handed time Blum 3 I try to type one handed, but i am not that good! Blum 3

How are you feeling? Not terrible, but still have pain from the c-section, which is frustrating me. It is better than it was, but still makes it difficult to do a lot of things. I started exercising two days ago and there are times when it kills me. But, I can't stand the blub anymore! Trying to see how much I can fix before my 20 year reunion next weekend!

How old is baby? He is 6 weeks yesterday. Can't believe it, though he looks bigger. He is pretty chunky these days.

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? We haven't had any direct issues with Dylan, except sometimes when he wants me to do something "right now" and I am feeding Caden. Then he tells me to "put the baby down now." But he is already a terrible sleeper and it has been worse lately. He is up until 11-12 every night. He is also sleeping in our room every night. I think he feels left out if he goes into his room, though he isn't expressing that. Otherwise, he is helpful if I ask and asks why Caden is crying, etc. The dog hasn't paid much attention, except to sniff him sometimes.

What's new (with you or baby)? Not much new. We are trying to sort out the formula issues. He seems to grunt and groan and cry out while he is eating. He still manages to eat plenty, but he is unhappy some of the time. We switched because it seemed like gas, but I didn't really notice a difference on the formula for gas, so the doctor said to try the one for spitting up, even though he isn't spitting up THAT much. Switched to that two days ago and he has been sleeping worse, but she said it could take a week or two to adjust to the new one. It is exhausting in the middle of the night.

Anything else you want to add.? Sorry I am not on here as much as I was. I get very little computer time that isn't work related these days. If I am home with Dylan and try to jump on, he says he is "trying to work too" and wants the computer. Makes it impossible. I am on FB more because I can do it from my phone, so if you are on FB and want to be friends, message me. But, I am trying to be better about getting on here.

How are you feeling? Great! Except been having a lot of guests at our house, which means big meals and eating, so I'm not anywhere near my prepregnancy weight, which is bumming me out. I bounced back so quickly last time.

How old is baby? 6 weeks

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? Great! Jackson has seriously zero jealousy towards his brother. He is such a help. Colby's in that can't put me down stage though, which is seriously tiring.

What's new (with you or baby)? Not much, he's an eating fool. He went from 7 lb 7 oz at his 2 week appointment, to 10 lb 6 oz at his 1 month. I can't image what he will be at his 2 month appointment.

Anything else you want to add...(?) Here's a pic of my cutie at 2 weeks. I took pictures for a friend's easy shop, she named the hat after him Smile

How are you feeling? Ugh not great. I am getting my gallbladder taken out sometime in the next few days.

How old is baby? 1 month adjusted, almost 5 months actual

How's everyone adjusting to the new addition? Great! We are sooooo in love! As far as my furbabies, they are a little jealous and look a little sad but with a little extra attention they are ok again. They get so worried when the babies cry! One of them cries too!

What's new (with you or baby)? Other than my gallbladder issues, not much. The girls are now 9 lbs 10oz each and are doing great!

Anything else you want to add...(?) a picture!!!!
