Baby's name?: Lucas Graham

How far along are you?: 29 weeks 6 days!

How are you feeling?: Okay.. I hurt a lot.

Is baby moving a lot?: Yes, surprisingly. He has days he rarely moves then days he's very active.

When is baby's most active time?: Usually in the morning.

How are you sleeping?: Like crap, except over the weekend I only had to get up once at night to pee... so I got like 2-4 hour stretches. That was amazing.

Favorite foods right now: Sweets. Anything sweet.

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: No, but I am enjoying be almost done!

What are you limitations now?: I can't walk much. My ankles kill me and my inner thighs hurt. Then my right hand is getting carpal tunnel so it often goes numb.

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Well tomorrow we leave for 6 days to Colorado, just DD and I with my BFF and her kids. We will be visiting other friends out there so that should be fun. Besides that... I don't know.

Any worries?: I'm quickly approaching the time where I was diagnosed with pre-e with my DD.. the more swollen I get the more it scares me that I'm going to have the same problem this time around.

Are you feeling ready for baby?: Sorta kinda. I feel better now that we have clothes for him.

What's left to do?: Well I still need to get the stroller and Rock n Play sleeper.. someone is giving me a bunch of baby gear, so I need all that... then just to set it all up, figure out where everything is going to go, blah blah.

Any worries?: Not a lot...but in the back of my mind cholistasis is always there....Im just hoping if I get it...its right at the end like last time!

Are you feeling ready for baby?: kind of...I have a place for her to sleep, some clothes, just have to figure out car seat, stroller, and carrier..or sling. I moved the kids around and have a room ready...but I have to get her bedding and stuff like that still.

What's left to do?: Buy bedding for her room, buy car seat and sling...get diapers etc...I think that is all.

Baby's name?: Aw geez. So far, she's the "New Girl".

How far along are you?: 31 weeks!

How are you feeling?: Ugh. Some days great, other days, intolerable headaches.

Is baby moving a lot?: Yes she's quite active.

When is baby's most active time?: after dinner, from about 7:30-9:30 PM

How are you sleeping?: Good. Thank God.

Favorite foods right now: Yuck. I mean, I eat, but it's not my favorite thing to do. Oh I do like banana bread sometimes.

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: Yes. I'm pretty comfortable except for my headaches

What are you limitations now?: bending over sucks. I try not to.

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Easter! It's my favorite holiday. My husband is going away for most of this month, so I'm dreading that.

Any worries?: Not really... I just want my baby born healthy and on time, like everyone else.

Are you feeling ready for baby?: not really- I haven't done or bought one single thing for her! I did finish knitting her baby blanket.

What's left to do?:Everything! I have to set up her nursery in our bedroom. But we have all the furniture, it's just a matter of getting it all out, cleaned, etc.

Baby's name?: Samuel Anderson (yes, that's his middle name)... we just decided last week! FINALLY.

How far along are you?: 28 weeks, 4 days

How are you feeling?: Not too bad! Starting to get out of breath and tired after chasing my DS all day, but I can't complain. Wink Oh, and I've suddenly been having heartburn! But nothing terrible.

Is baby moving a lot?: Tons! He moves ALL the time. It's amazing, since DS was much quieter.

When is baby's most active time?: Early morning or late at night.

How are you sleeping?: Not too bad!

Favorite foods right now: Sweets, unfortunately. I'm not usually a sweets person, but I can't seem to get enough! I've been trying to be good, though.

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: So far! I just got into it 4 days ago, though.

What are you limitations now?: I think my days of picking DS up are numbered. He's about 26 lbs, but my back has started screaming at me if I hold him for too long. Leaning over is getting to be annoying, too.

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Spring! I love spring weather. I'm so ready for it to be consistently warm!

Any worries?: Not really. We had a repeat u/s of the baby today. Apparently at my 20 week u/s his ureters (tube from kidney to bladder) were slightly enlarged. This is really really common, especially in boys, and usually resolves itself in the 3rd trimester. They were still a little bit enlarged today, so I have another repeat (along with another check of my cervical length) u/s at 34 weeks. His kidney and bladder function are just fine, so there is no real worry. I guess worst case scenario, he may have to get a catheter after he's born to straighten out his tubes (that's usually the cause of the enlargement - a kink somewhere in the tube), otherwise he may be prone to UTI's and the like. Nothing serious, but still!

Are you feeling ready for baby?: Yes and no! We're still in the process of moving DS into his new room, so I don't feel anywhere near ready in that regard.

What's left to do?: Get the nursery restocked and reorganized once DS is in his new room! My good friend is throwing me a baby "sprinkle" in a few weeks, so I'm hoping to get the few odds and ends that I need, like lotion and wipes, and then we'll be set!

Baby's name?: Not a clue yet, ask our 2 YO and she says "Baby Wolf"

How far along are you?: 31+ weeks

How are you feeling?: Overall pretty good, starting to get exhausted more easily and my hips hurt.

Is baby moving a lot?: No, he hardly ever moves. I'll feel some good strong movement maybe 1x a day but that's it.

When is baby's most active time?: Usually right before bedtime, so late.

How are you sleeping?: OK - get up at least 1-2x to use the bathroom and roll over.

Favorite foods right now: I really want cold fruit and often.

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: I've enjoyed all the trimester, it's been such an easy pregnancy compared to DD's.

What are you limitations now?: Bending over!

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Graduating college Smile

Any worries?: Just lack of movement has me concerned at times and the VBAC!

Are you feeling ready for baby?: I've been ready, although I hope he stays in until at least his due date if not longer. I graduate college May 10th and really want that last month to do nothing!

What's left to do?: Not to much, need to hang a few things in the nursery. He won't use it for a long while as we co-sleep. Need to get a few big items like the swing and looking into a bassinet that attaches to our bed but also moves freely about. We'll see!

Baby's name?: Ummm, Baby??? We have no idea...

How far along are you?: 28 weeks today

How are you feeling?: Pretty good!

Is baby moving a lot?: This kid moves all the time! (although I think I've said that with all my kids)

When is baby's most active time?: In the evenings

How are you sleeping?: Not great. I wake up several times through the night.

Favorite foods right now: Yogurt with frozen fruit

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: I love being pregnant - I enjoy the whole thing

What are you limitations now?: Bending has definitely become a challenge!

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Looking forward to some more sunshine

Any worries?: Not really

Are you feeling ready for baby?: I am looking forward to meeting this little one

What's left to do?: Tons! My 22 month old needs to start sleeping in the toddler bed instead of the crib. I've ordered a new carseat but am waiting for it to arrive so I can rearrange the 5 carseats and boosters to fit in the van. Oh and I am looking for a new carrier, maybe a mei tei???

Baby's name?: Nora

How far along are you?: 27 weeks and 2 days according to my OB

How are you feeling?: Overall I feel pretty good. My irritable uterus has been getting more cranky these days so I have to take it easy.

Is baby moving a lot?: Oh my gosh, yes. She is way more squirmy than my DD was.

When is baby's most active time?: She is active first thing in the morning, usually a little around the afternoon and then lots of activity in the later part of the evening.

How are you sleeping?: I'm up to pee anywhere from one to four times a night. Usually at least twice. I am sleeping okay otherwise. I think my amber necklace and having a bed to myself has helped. My hips are liking both better.

Favorite foods right now: I still really enjoy a good salad with grilled chicken. I'm also craving pickles but I'm trying to limit my intake since my swelling has picked up with the heat. Apples are almost a daily treat but so is something sweet, usually cookies at the end of the day.

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: After having a PTD, I am a little anxious to be further and further along. As much as I enjoy being pregnant, I feel more at ease knowing I am further along each day. So the third tri is welcomed. Smile

What are you limitations now?: It's difficult to do anything that involves leaning over or being on the floor. That includes cleaning certain things, diaper changes, shaving, etc. I just do the best that I can.

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Growing a healthy baby and celebrating my (first) DD's first birthday!!! It's this Friday. Biggrin

Any worries?: I was contracting every 10 min. the other night for almost an hour and then had cramping off and on through the night. I had to make a special trip into see my Perinatologist but my cervix was measuring well. They monitored me and my uterus is definitely irritable, but we knew that. As long as my cervix isn't changing then it's just something I will live with and that is fine.

Are you feeling ready for baby?: My DD is teething two year molars. So, no. She has not been a happy camper and it's been hard enough to care for just her lately.

What's left to do?: I've bought newborn cloth and a car seat. That was all we really had to do! We aren't preparing a nursery yet since we are possibly moving. We already have a bassinet and lots of girl clothes. Am I forgetting anything???

Baby's name?: ha. We have no clue. His middle name will probably be William after my maternal grandfather.

How far along are you?: 29 weeks and some change

How are you feeling?: Good.

Is baby moving a lot?: All of the time.

When is baby's most active time?: All day long. Or I think I just notice it more when I'm sitting at my desk working vs. home on the weekends moving constantly.

How are you sleeping?: Better now. I was really stressed out about applying for a new job/role, but once I finished my application materials and actually applied, my stress level decreased. Smile But that wasn't baby related.....

Favorite foods right now: Still avocado maki. YUM!

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: Yes. I just know June will be here so soon....lots to do before then.

What are you limitations now?: None really. I'm still traveling a good bit for work (I was in Texas last week and will be in California in a few weeks....) Still working out three times/week.

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Hmmmm. I'm looking forward to May 12. That is when we go on vacation, and work will be hectic until then. But once I return, everything will settle down and I'll only have 3 more weeks to work and get ready for a baby. Yay! I also scheduled a family photo shoot of my belly and family for the first week of May-- that will be fun!

Any worries?: Nope-- I'm pretty laid back.

Are you feeling ready for baby?: Not at all. I did order my birth kit (for homebirths we assemble a "birth kit"-- essential things the midwife needs for the birth, and then we put it all together in a basket to wait for baby-- things like towels, extra sheets, baby hats, peri bottles, rubber gloves, etc.) So while I've ordered my stuff, I still need to put together the rest of it by 36 weeks so I'm not scrambling during labor.

What's left to do?: Pick a name. Figure out how to put 5 carseats/boosters into our minivan (I think I need to buy a new Sunshine Kids/Radian carseat to make it work.) Get out the crib and clothes, etc.

Audra, I am waiting on my Radian. I will have 2 in boosters, 2 in forward facing 5 pt, and the newbie rearfacing. We doing two boosters (harmonys are really narrow and low - easy to buckle) and the radian in the back. I've tested it out with a borrowed radian and there is lots of space to spare!

I also need to get my homebirth stuff together! Totally forgot about that Smile

How far along are you?: 29weeks 3days

How are you feeling?: Really good!

Is baby moving a lot?: YES it is like he is on a sugar high all the time

When is baby's most active time?: He is active all day but when I lay down he goes crazy

How are you sleeping?: HAHA

Favorite foods right now: any milk product

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: Yes can't believe we are almost done!

What are you limitations now?: Moving with this big belly

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Just another month closer to seeing this little one

Any worries?: How my son will react and if I will have a room ready before baby gets here

Are you feeling ready for baby?: Depends on the day Wink

What's left to do?: Get a room ready for baby but have to wait until my sister moves out to free up a room for baby

Baby's name?: Won't know that til s/he is born!

How far along are you?: 31 weeks in a couple days!

How are you feeling?: Great...now that I'm over that stomach bug!

Is baby moving a lot?: I just posted a video on facebook- looks like s/he is trying to get out!

When is baby's most active time?: Always late at night, but also a lot of other times- after I eat, early in the morning...

How are you sleeping?: This soft bed I am in now, is actually making things a bit easier on me, so in general, pretty well.

Favorite foods right now: Still craving salads. Smile Not complaining about that one! Smile

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: For sure! I love having a big belly! I never feel more "right" than when I'm pregnant.

What are you limitations now?: It's harder to bend over and pick stuff up, and I have to go slowly on stairs and stuff...but otherwise, I don't feel like there is much I can't do.

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: My DD's 2nd birthday! Smile

Any worries?: Not really... would really like this baby to get head down, BUT, I have a midwife who will deliver a breech baby at home, so, I'm much more relaxed about this now... which I think will increase my chances of having baby flip at some point!

Are you feeling ready for baby?: Yes and no... I went out and picked up a few little very cute, gender neutral, newborn outfits today... so tiny! So cute! I'm VERY excited for this baby to come, but, I know there is a part of me that still doesn't "get" that it's going to be different this time than it was when we had our first.

What's left to do?: Well, now that I'm planning a home birth I need to get my home birth supplies together! Smile I just got out and washed all our gender neutral newborn stuff, so that is done. Otherwise, I don't think there is too much I *have* to do, but there are a few things to do... I need to get my co-sleeper back, will have to get the infant car seat out soon...

Baby's name?: Max

How far along are you?: 30 weeks tomorrow (Tuesday)

How are you feeling?: I get bad back pain when I over-do it. But otherwise I'm perfectly fine (as long as I remember to take my acid reflux medicine). lol

Is baby moving a lot?: Yes.

When is baby's most active time?: All different times.

How are you sleeping?: I've had sleep issues since puberty. Nothing new here.

Favorite foods right now: Anything I don't have to cook (drive-thrus, restaurants etc lol).

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: It's ok. I am starting to get some swelling in my knee joint, and my rings are tighter. I don't like this part.

What are you limitations now?: I have a lot less stamina. I sit down on a bench for a break during most of my Wal-mart trips. Lifting my daughter, my groceries, and myself into, and out of, our truck (Chevy Avalanche) is very difficult (we don't have running boards). So DH and I are switching cars this week. He drives a tiny commuter car (Scion xA).

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: I don't really have anything going on in April (but my March was super busy lol). Maybe my mother will decide to have an Easter dinner and feed me lol. I'd like that. Maybe I should drop some hints lol. .... (I just texted her and asked hahaha).

Any worries?: I worry about being pressured into things I don't want. Like getting pitocin. Another thing I worry about (which is very unlikely to happen) is a cord accident happening right near the end of my pregnancy. It would just be devastating.

Are you feeling ready for baby?: Yes. I wish it was June. I want warmer weather, and I want to meet my son. Hurry up already!

What's left to do?: The crib is in the basement. So we need to put that together. I need to install the infant car seat. I need to pack a hospital bag. I don't think I have anything else to do.

The nursery "decor" is kind of screwed up. But I don't really care. My toddler ripped all the mid-level wallpaper border off the wall (its her room too). So you can see where the paint lines are. And she also destroyed her name letters that my mom made (they weren't painted, they had all kinds of things glued on them). So the room looks kind of blah. But I just don't see the point in fixing it up again because Parker will probably wreck it again lol. She's still only 2yrs 4 months. Maybe I'll get some inspiration in a few weeks.

Kayla, I hate to tell you, but your DD is turning 2! Not 1! Smile

Kristie- I've been allergic to my engagement/wedding rings since this pregnancy started! They are white gold, and I need to have them re-dipped/plated... but, I can't wear them without breaking out in a nasty rash on my ring finger. Funny enough, I have other rings I can wear no problem. I don't like it either though. I keep laughing though, and tell my husband I'm allergic to our marriage. Smile Ha ha! I love him so much!

Baby's name?: He is unnamed right now. Thinking Henry.

How far along are you?: 30 weeks.

How are you feeling?: I'm feeling really good. I have more energy than I've had in a while, and I'm not horribly uncomfortable yet, so I'm enjoying pregnancy these days.

Is baby moving a lot?: He's been quieter for a couple days, but normally he kicks/punches up a storm.

When is baby's most active time?: All day usually.

How are you sleeping?: I get up a couple times to pee, but sleep well when my cats/kids let me.

Favorite foods right now: Cake and doughnuts.

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: I am. It's comforting being on the home stretch.

What are you limitations now?: I waddle a little more, but am still able to do most things. Shaving is getting really difficult though.

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Every weeks brings me closer to this semester being done... that's really all I've been thinking about.

Any worries?: I worry that this baby will arrive immediately after school is done, and I really need a couple weeks to relax/prepare for baby. I am worried about making it to the last couple weeks of classes and then my water breaking or having to go on bedrest or something. I would be devastated if I had to drop out of the semester with only a couple weeks left! I'm also worried about baby not being head down, or needing a C-section. I don't have the time to recover from a C-section before school starts again. Hoping for a normal labor.

Are you feeling ready for baby?: Definitely not! I have been so focused on school that I have barely thought about actually having the baby.

What's left to do?: Pretty much everything. We have everything we need, but the room needs to be painted. Crib put together. Clothes washed/put away. We're getting our wood floors done at the beginning of May, and that has me a little stressed out. Honestly, nothing will probably be started until I'm done with this semester on May 17th. I sure hope baby doesn't decide to come early. My other two came the day after their due date, so I'm counting on being overdue this time as well!

Thank you, Kris!!! We have our kiddos in the same arrangement.....two FF (right now they are Britax Wizards), two in boosters (ages 6 & 8, but way too small height and weight wise to go without boosters), and then the newbie RF. Off to research Harmony booster seats! Thank you so much!

How are you feeling?:
tired and moody

Is baby moving a lot?:

When is baby's most active time?:
afternoons and nights

How are you sleeping?:
not the best. my sciatica has kicked itself into high gear with the baby laying weird, plus he is constantly reminding me here's there. always movin!

Favorite foods right now:
it's weird variety of food cravings i've never had before. burritos, grape tomatoes with ranch, bacon and so much more.

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?:
yes, now that i have the belly people are more understanding on why i am not as energetic as before and that i am taking it easier. but overall can say i really can't wait to hold my baby already.

What are you limitations now?:
the obvious, lifting, being on my feet for long periods of time, making sure i prop those feet up and my favorite of all, no kinky rough stuff. lol

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?:
being closer to my due date, knowing my baby is doing good and taking some "me" time before i actually have the baby.

Any worries?:
i will go into preterm labor. as each week passes i feel a little better but always worry about my baby being too small if i do.

Are you feeling ready for baby?:
oh i am beyond ready and will endure whatever i need to, to make sure he comes out safe.

What's left to do?:
put the bassinet in my room, wash all the baby clothes, organize them, pack bags for both of us, put the car seat in, wow typing this only made me realize i still got a good bit to do. buy a swing and that should be it

First let me say it is oddly comforting to see so many answers that I can relate to. I feel like I went into hibernation the past few months and now that the time is getting closer it is safe to re-emerge into life a little. Blum 3

Name: Terra (Alterra)

Baby's name?: RoseLynn Lemieux

How far along are you?: 28.5 weeks

How are you feeling?: Eh. OK I guess.

Is baby moving a lot?: Yes!

When is baby's most active time?: When Im hungry!!!! Then quiets down after I eat. Opposite of my son.

How are you sleeping?: Terrible! Back really hurts. I just ordered a memory foam topper and cant wait for it to get here.

Favorite foods right now: Pineapple. (Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?)

Are you enjoying the 3rd trimester?: Im really excited that this is the final stretch. The doc yesterday said I was in the "2 week club" for appts every 2 weeks now. That was nice to hear.

What are you limitations now?: *shaving* Ive officially switched to flip flops to avoid bending over for shoes. Hugging my 6 year old the way I want is hard too. Sad

What are you most looking forward to in the next month?: Ummmm.......it going by fast? God willing.

Any worries?: Her size. She measured small at 24 weeks, but yesterday was at 2.6 lbs, so feeling better. Starting to get more anxiety about labor and delivery. I know some ladies here like it, but Im terrified.

Are you feeling ready for baby?: A little more now since I got a my first few items the past couple weeks.

What's left to do?: Well a lot! But for survival - only diapers. Ill wait until after she is born to get her room bought and set up since she will be in our room the first few months.

Terra, I get major anxiety thinking about labor and delivery too! My mother was asking me, "Are you practicing your visualization, breathing techniques, and relaxation?" (she's a big hippy and gave birth to 9 children naturally... sigh...)
I said, "Um, no Mom. I get panic attacks thinking about labor so I just don't think about it".
LOL
My daughter's labor was back labor and I'm told it's the worst pain. It's all I know so far, so the memory of it sends me into panic mode. We aren't all superman... at least I'm not. But I'm still planning on a natural birth for this baby.

HAHA!!!! My mom too! Sounds the exact same. With my son labor was 24 hours. I keep reading the March April birth stories and start crying....not sure if its from fear or not though. lol There is one side of me that says "It's natural, it's beautiful, it's been happening for the ages." Then the other side that says "Please no!!!! Run away!!!!"

We can do it though. Smile
