... And I can't wait! I'm someone who needs the endorphins, so I've been waiting for this day for a LONG time. All my stitches have dissolved and my spotting has been gone for a few days, so I feel good to go! Since it's 100+ degrees here for a few days, I'm going to do the 30 Day Shred DVD, but once it cools down a bit, I'll start getting back into running, and probably adding in a DVD once I get back into better shape. My first goal is 10 pounds (hoping to fit into pre-preg. winter clothes), but my long term goal is to lose 15-20 to get back to my normal 130-135lb range (I'm only 5'2").
Has anyone else started working out, and if so, how's it going??
