I have a HUGE issue with the amount of weight I gain when I'm pregnant. With both my boys I gained 30 pounds, and I know that's totally normal, but I just feel like it's a TON of weight. I have recently started gaining (only a few pounds), and when I start, I probably average 4-5 pounds per month until I hit 30 pounds and then I plane off. I feel horrible about myself knowing that my butt and legs are going to get huge, and am self conscious all the time. All my friends who have had kids are stick skinny and had no issues getting their weight off, where I have to work/diet to get that last 10 pounds off.
I don't know how to get past the weight issue. I wish I could just let it be and know that it's for the best for baby, but I can't. Can someone please slap me and tell me to get over it!?
