I'm exhausted :(

I haven't been sleeping very well... I toss and turn and lay in that state between fully asleep and awake.. I'm getting up 2-3 times a night to pee and usually it takes me a few minutes to fall back asleep... then I have wacky, vivid dreams so I'm not really resting.. argh! I'm so tired this morning I can barely keep my eyes open. My DD doesn't nap anymore so I'm thinking of putting on a movie for her in my room and trying to cat nap. Anyone else having troubles sleeping?

me! I have been getting up at 4:30 for the day. I wake up at 4:30 the last several days, spend 45 minutes trying to fall back to sleep, and then just give up and get going. I just think I am mentally still processing this...and I have such thin skin, Im worried about other people's reaction. Its so awful sharing this news when you have a large family!! I envy large family mamas who have support. My neighbors will be nice about it to my face, but Im not dumb enough to think they are not all gossipping about me behind my back!! My family is outwardly negative. Its a drag. because I think I am truly blessed! I take good care of my kids...but these are the thoughts that keep me awake at night!! Plus Im so scared of mc this time!! Sorry for the novel!! But yes!! ME!!

I hear you! So tired. It's much harder with a toddler at home - the first one, I could sleep whenever. Not this time! And staying awake at work is nearly impossible, I feel my head bob around lunch time and I don't perk up until late afternoon!

I ahve been having trouble sleeping too. I think in a couple of weeks the real fatigue will hit. I am running around with a 3 and 4 year old so maybe I just am not allowed to be tired!

This happened when I was pregnant with DS#1. then I found out I was anemic. As soon as I started taking some Iron supplements I felt much better.

I've also read that magnesium supplements can help calm the brain and help sleep that way, and that 80% of the US population is magnesium deficient!
