How are things with SO? Pretty good right now.

Any names picked out? Sorta kinda maybe

Worst symptom: My hips are killing me

How are you feeling in general? Not so good... I've been having a lot of issues with my left leg and and waddling and limping... it's not very attractive, lol

Have you felt movement from outside? Not yet.. soon I hope

How are you sleeping? Not good unless I take a sleep aid.

Anything else you want to share? These allergies suck!

How far along: 17 weeks and a few days

Do you know the sex? Was told probably girl at 15.5 weeks... we will hopefully confirm that tomorrow!

How are things with SO? Things are alright. School is about to start, so it's going to get pretty stressful for a few months... DH is very supportive though.

Any names picked out? Cecelia, Shelby, Haddie, and Lucille are my top picks right now for a girl. Middle name will probably be Lee.

Worst symptom: If I'm not sick, then I'm obnoxiously emotional... feels like I'm on a roller coaster.

How are you feeling in general? Nervous about all the changes that are about to happen, but excited that things are about to change for the better. Physically, my sciatic is acting up and has been very painful. Hoping it calms down, but I know it won't Biggrin

Have you felt movement from outside? Only a couple times. I feel lots of pokes and gentle kicks from inside all day long now.

How are you sleeping? I could sleep all day...

Anything else you want to share? I recently bought a new crib because the DS's destroyed our old one. I also got a new car seat bc our old one was expired, and will need a new breast pump. I thought subsequent children were supposed to be cheaper! And if it's a girl, we need new clothes. I'm excited to shop again though.

Do you know the sex? We got an early guess at the Peri and they said team pink!

How are things with SO? Really great actually. He can be so supportive and understanding which is great through all my nausea.

Any names picked out? Not yet. I keep meaning to flip through our baby name books.

Worst symptom: 24/7 nausea. I had 6 weeks of it but I'm finally feeling better most of the time. Just short episodes that I can definitely live with.

How are you feeling in general? I'm still fatigued and get worn out easily but so glad to be feeling less nauseated so I'll take it!

Have you felt movement from outside? Nope. Still too early for that.

How are you sleeping? Some nights I have insomnia, other nights I sleep pretty well. It varies.

Anything else you want to share? I went to the OB today and the nurse forgot to put my chart outside the door. I waited for forever! Thank goodness my daughter was patient and overall it was a good appointment. Hearing the heartbeat never gets old.

Do you know the sex? nope

How are things with SO? Excellent. I have the most amazing dh ever. Honest. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

Any names picked out? Nope. We won't even think or talk about it until after the "big" u/s-- our last baby didn't have a name until a week after she was born....

Worst symptom: I don't have any symptoms right now. The nausea passed a few weeks ago and now I feel great. I could easily forget that I'm preggers most days.

How are you feeling in general? Excellent. I'm back into my workout routine and I feel really good.

Have you felt movement from outside? Not yet

How are you sleeping? Really well. I love that I don't need 12 hours like I did before....I usually wake up once to pee around 5a and sleep soundly the rest of the night (I think exercise helps this....)

Anything else you want to share? I eat a hot fudge sundae every night around 8p. I justify it by having a glass of milk and loading on peanuts with my hot fudge (that *is* protein, right?) YUM! I'll enjoy this until the heart burn kicks in....

Worst symptom:Headaches, leg pain

How are you feeling in general? Finally better, I have been back in the gym. Seems to be helping.

Have you felt movement from outside? No, I know I am feeling flutters daily. Sometimes I still wonder if thats what I am feeling.

How are you sleeping? Not great, leg pain, peeing, horrible night sweats... I don't need as much sleep as I did a few weeks ago.

Anything else you want to share?
Lots of travel coming up. Hopefully the next few months will fly by!

Do you know the sex? Nope

How are things with SO? Things have been pretty good since we've been on vacation...

Any names picked out? Nope

Worst symptom: I've started getting a bit of heartburn now and then, which always sucks. And for the last two weeks, I've had traveler's tummy, which has sucked, but, that is a symptom of traveling, not pregnancy.

How are you feeling in general? About the pregnancy- just fine!

Have you felt movement from outside? Yep, just last night I felt a kick for the first time from the outside. Smile

How are you sleeping? The last two nights, we're staying with a friend of ours, and she has AWESOME beds. I want to know what kind of mattress it is- because I am sleeping without any pain! It's amazing! I'm sure it won't be so good when we get home again. Sad

Anything else you want to share? I can't believe I'm almost 1/2 way through this pregnancy!

Do you know the sex? Yup, BOY!

How are things with SO? Wonderful. He's ecstatic that we are finally having a boy. I find him on "Google" locating possible names.

Any names picked out? Yes. So far, the first name will be "Wesley". (His middle name). Looking for a middle and we are 98% certain that it will be "Wesley Nathaniel".

Worst symptom: Tiredness - the headaches have decreased FOR NOW

How are you feeling in general? I would feel a lot better if I could enjoy this pregnancy more. Still working over 11 hr days and working on a Doctorates. Throw in two kids and then one in the belly - I just want to stay home and sleep sometimes.

Have you felt movement from outside? From the outside? Feel on the inside but can see a bit of movement from the outside - not as much as I can feel it!

How are you sleeping? On the left side as instructed. As stated above, I really need more sleep! Usually go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 5:30am. That doesn't count the three times I get up to go the bathroom in the middle of the night!

Anything else you want to share? Thinking about banking the cord blood. Any advice?

not yet, can't wait to find out

How are things with SO?
Crazy in love and then just crazy

Any names picked out?
Emily and Gavin

Worst symptom:
Hunger-fast and furious

How are you feeling in general?
Decent

Have you felt movement from outside?
Just today! Dh barely missed it

How are you sleeping?
Awesome. Bought one of those pregnancy pillows.

Anything else you want to share?
Bought a doppler and think it's the coolest thing ever. Ds has also started talking to his baby "sister".

eta-Renae-I was told last time that if you donate the cord blood and one of your children needs it before it gets used that you can pay the costs of storage and retrieval and they will let you have it back. It's a PITA to get the military doctors to even talk about it, but one of the residents at my last base brought it up. I'm going to ask about it tomorrow because there is a ton of paperwork.

PG #: 11 (one mc early and one loss at 24 weeks...baby could not make it) 8 wonderful kiddos at home

How far along: 16 1/2 weeks by lmp 17 1/2 weeks by ultrasound...the doc did not change it in the chart...but he scheduled my anatomy us for next week...so he obviously is going with the 17 week now...because I believe anatomy us is supposed to be done b/t 18-20 weeks

Do you know the sex? next thursday God willing...preliminary guess from tech was girl (but at 13 weeks...when it was definitely not sure)

How are things with SO? not great....stress with my MIL and SIL who are mean to me about the pg (they HATE us having a large family) has kind of put him in the middle. I dont expect him to say mean things to them...but I cant believe he doesnt defend us at least when its just a conversation between he and I....he ALWAYS stands up for his mother....very respectful...but since he lives with me and was 1/2 responsible for having this many kids...imho...he should be trying to be nicer to ME!!

Any names picked out? I love Lucas Matthew for a boy...dh hates it...but I think it may have to be a tough luck situation for him. For girls...Sophia Rose, Mia Brooke, Amelia Rose, Adelaide Brooke...those are my top contenders right now.

Worst symptom: none really now...I was sick at the beginning...but not 24/7...

How are you feeling in general? great physically...mentally just tired of feeling like people are so mean...specifically my mother in law...but I have promised myself to let it go...and not waste any more energy on that topic...so enough said

Have you felt movement from outside? just from the inside...I can not WAIT to feel stronger movement

How are you sleeping? actually very well!!

Anything else you want to share? I have gained more weight with this baby...and people are telling me how "im carrying so different than Jacob" I usually barely show until much later...but Ive gained a lot of weight already...its kind of bumming me out...I have vowed now that Im all healed from surgery that I will be exercising and eating healthy to see if I can feel better about myself!

How are things with SO? He's wonderful. We're closer now than ever.

Any names picked out? Sophia Marie if it's a girl. We've been tossing around Logan for a boy.

Worst symptom: It's mostly over now, but the nausea was terrible. I was completely miserable for like two months.

How are you feeling in general? I'm excited for the baby, but I feel like I have no control over my body anymore and it drives me crazy.

Have you felt movement from outside? No, I'm still waiting for the inside movement.

How are you sleeping? Constantly. I love sleeping tho, so no problem here.

Anything else you want to share? I'm ready for things to start happening. I want to know the gender so I can go shopping! Smile

Do you know the sex? Not yet, Monday!

How are things with SO? Great, he's really helping a lot with DD which gives me a break in the evenings.

Any names picked out? Nope, we'll start talking names when we know the gender.

Worst symptom: Siatica (sp?) pain in my lower back and butt cheeks, never had this with DD.

How are you feeling in general? Pretty great, lots of energy but wish I could kick this head cold.

Have you felt movement from outside? Yes, for a few days now when I press down the babe will push back. LOVE!

How are you sleeping? I don't, insomnia at it's best.

Anything else you want to share? We just moved into a new house, sold the old one, and are now trying to organize and unpack. It's not fun and I would never recommend doing that with a two year old again while pregnant.

Do you know the sex? nope, and not finding out this time!

How are things with SO? great!

Any names picked out? DH is in charge this time around (with me getting veto power), and he says he has names narrowed down, but won't share! Argh! I'll get it out of him one of these days!!

Worst symptom: Nausea and throwing up since 6 weeks. It stopped with my other 2 at 16 weeks, so this can go away ANY DAY NOW!! Please??

How are you feeling in general? Tired, nauseous.

Have you felt movement from outside? nope

How are you sleeping? Alright, the vivid horrible dreams have finally started to subside and getting some rest at night now!

Anything else you want to share? Started getting my butt back to the gym this week and walking/jogging on the indoor track while dd2 is in the daycare there. It seems to have helped give me more energy throughout the day.

Do you know the sex? Nope! Won't until my anatomy scan at 20 weeks!

How are things with SO? Great! He really is a great DH. I couldn't ask for anything more in a husband. Smile

Any names picked out? We haven't even discussed it yet. We'll start up the discussion after we (hopefully) find out the sex.

Worst symptom: The nausea was pretty bad the first tri, but that has been gone for several weeks now. I don't really have many "annoying" symptoms right now, aside from a little bit of sciatic pain every now and again.

How are you feeling in general? Pretty good! I'm still more tired than normal, but other than that, I'm feeling pretty good!

Have you felt movement from outside? You know, I haven't even tried yet. Lol I just started feeling tiny little flutters when I'm standing (it was only when I was sitting before), so I haven't even attempted to feel from the outside yet. The kicks are still so soft and little.

How are you sleeping? Not too shabby! The peeing frequency has slowed down, so that is nice.

Anything else you want to share? I'm super excited to schedule my anatomy scan at my appointment next week! Biggrin

Do you know the sex? Not yet! Curious though!

How are things with SO? My husband is great. He's fun to be around and very cozy. He doesn't have a clue about pregnancy, but he supports me however he can.

Any names picked out? Nah.... too soon.

Worst symptom: Headaches and ligament pains.

How are you feeling in general? Pretty good, besides the above mentioned pains.

Have you felt movement from outside? Once! I don't remember to feel for it on the outside.

How are you sleeping? Great.

Anything else you want to share? I'm already done with winter. Can't wait for a summer with a new baby!

Do you know the sex? Not yet--u/s scheduled for Feb 9th

How are things with SO? Pretty good mostly. Now that I'm showing a bit more, that helps. He has a hard time during the first trimester understanding that I am tired/cranky/feeling ill. He expects the same old me, the reasonable one who gets up at a decent hour and pulls her equal weight and tends to forget I just can't keep up the way I could before. That equals cranky DH and defensive, emotional and cranky me. Not fun. He came with me to the midwife today and got to hear the HB and I think now he is feeling more connected to the pregancy.

Any names picked out? Lorelai or Liam, but both subject to change at any moment. Although those have stuck for a while now.

Worst symptom: The most annoying one has been fatigue. I hate not being able to do the normal stuff because I'm too tired. But the constipation is getting annoying too. The m/s wasn't too bad.

How are you feeling in general? At this point, much better than I was for a while. Starting to feel like myself again.

Have you felt movement from outside? Nope, but it's still early for me. Just started feeling movement on the inside.

How are you sleeping? Great! I wish I could sleep all day sometimes.

Anything else you want to share? Ummm...there's a possibility of twins. Similar symptoms to my SIL who had twins (felt movement early and very wiggly baby--midwife had to keep moving the wand around to find the HB). Yikes. Guess we will know on Feb 9th when we (finally) get to have an u/s!

Any names picked out? Vivian Eden for a girl and for the boy Elias Josiah

Worst symptom: Food Aversions- to almost all food during the 1st trimester

How are you feeling in general? Pretty good

Have you felt movement from outside? no not yet, I'm still waiting for inside movement

How are you sleeping? ok

Anything else you want to share? I'm excited, but pretty nervous.

Do you know the sex? No yet - we'll find out January 19

How are things with SO? So far, so good!! He works two jobs, so it's been a tough winter for him, but we enjoy the time we have together as a family.

Any names picked out? Nope, I think we'll do what we did with Jacob - bring a list to the hospital and pick after we meet the baby.

Worst symptom: SICK SICK SICK. Now what makes me feel better is eating... so let's make that sick/weight gain.

How are you feeling in general? Excited, and ready to move on past the looking fat stage, into the baby bump stage.

Have you felt movement from outside? I THINK I have, maybe. Possibly.

How are you sleeping? With Unisom.

Anything else you want to share? I'm being a terrible lurker, trying to get my act together and share some more!!

How are you sleeping? like crap lol....I have a hard time right now sleeping on our bed because I am not that big yet and I end up on my stomach no matter how hard I try ...and wake up with back pain and keep waking up at night.

Anything else you want to share? I have two kiddos, ages 9 and 6 from my 1st marriage a boy and a girl...and this will be my 1st w/ DH and have no idea what I am having....heart rate was 146 at my last appt...but both my kiddos were around the same so that don't help much trying to guess now does it lol?

How are things with SO? Great! I think he is a bit sad because we have be told not to DTD due to multiple bleeds but he'll get over it lol.

Any names picked out? Yes but mostly boys names, we are coming up short with girls names.

Worst symptom: The hunger!! So hungry alllllll the time, it never stops!

How are you feeling in general? Great now! Sciatica is starting up and I'm nervous about SPD returning but so far so good, nothing too bad.

Have you felt movement from outside? Yup, this baby is a kicking machine!

How are you sleeping? Good, less peeing now. I've started needing a pillow to support my belly a little more though.

Anything else you want to share? Third time is so much easier!!
