Kicking

This little guy likes to constantly kick towards my cervix...it has to be one of the most odd sensations ever. I feel like I might have a foot hanging out at anytime! He doesn't move often, I usually have to poke at him first. DD moved ALL of the time at this point. Hoping he'll be a little more relaxed!

How's the movement for everyone else?

Good. Just enough to keep me from worrying and in the bathroom, but not enough to keep me up at night yet. Perfect bslance

I think, but I already don't really remember, that this little person is much more active than DD was. I feel him/her A LOT...seems much more frequently than what I felt DD- and I think I felt her quite often too! Nothing is painful or bothersome yet (kicking never kept me awake with my last pregnancy, but I do remember also getting kicks that would hurt sometimes). I'm loving it!

It is pretty constant and I am loving every minute of it. Although, it can be painful at times do to him being so low. The doctor told me that he likes to bury his head towards my cervix....(um, not time yet!)
During my recent u/s, I told the doctor that he kicks a lot and she asked me where. So, I pointed and she said, "Honey, he is punching you...you have a punching baby!" Oh heck...I feel kicks and punches...love the feeling!

Sigh unfortunately not much... I swear I felt DD more at this point but I could be wrong. I do feel him at night pretty often once I'm settled down. He was kicking me pretty good about an hour ago and I lifted my shirt to see if I could see... of course he stopped! I can't wait until I feel constant movement. I think the thing I feel most from his is him kicking me in my bladder... NOT FUN!

I swear about a week ago, it went from the scattered little pokes I'd been feeling since about 14 weeks, to full-blown thumps! I'm feeling this one a LOT! I can't remember if DS moved this much or not, but I think this one is definitely a mover and shaker! And Rebecca, I am totally with you on the cervix kicks! DS did it to me a few times throughout my pregnancy, but this one likes to tap dance on my cervix for days on end!! I think this one likes to hang out a lot lower than DS ever did!

Not too much here...oddly. She was head down last ultrasound too...but when I do feel movement its scattered. It really is not as much as some of my kids. The ultrasound tech at my last ultrasound said she was moving like crazy during the scan...I could not feel a thing! She said part of my placenta could be blocking her feet kicking (because its at the top and her feet were at the top) but its not like the whole placenta is anterior...she said part is in the front and part is in the back and its right at the top of my uterus! So odd!!

I suspected that I had an anterior placenta before my u/s and while I was there the tech confirmed it. So I feel this one, but not as much as my other wee ones.....

But I do feel him frequently, low and in front. I can see some of the movement, which is fun (and my kids have felt him, and they love it....) Kicks are some of my favorite things. And hiccups. I adore hiccups!

My little peanut has a schedule already same time everyday. He usually wakes me up at 5:30am guess another early bird for me just like his brother.

I have been getting huge kicks to the cervix lately too. I was just explaining to one of my friends, that it feels like he is trying to kick his way out of me! When I had my u/s, he was breech and what I thought were kicks up by my belly button were really punches. I felt DS1 move at 20 weeks when he kicked my bladder, but he was never a big kicker or mover. He would shift a lot, but I could never really do kick counts because he just didn't move like that all the time. DS2 was a big mover and kicker (or so I thought), and was always active. This baby is even more active than my other two, or maybe I just feel it more. I can always count on him putting on a show around 8pm, and is pretty active while I'm sitting in class in the mornings. He still has quiet days though where it gets me worried and I have to really pay attention to feel it.

My little girl is a kicker and puncher! Last week on the ultrasound she was moving from head down to head up to sideways! All in an hour!!! Also she stomps on my cervix a lot. My first never did that, so it's the oddest sensation for me- feels like I'm a balloon about to pop! I love every movement. So thankful Smile

My little girl was moving like crazy during the ultrasound, too. The sonographer took so many pics, because she was moving so much. It was like she was posing. 28 pictures!!
