I learned all about this stuff with DS, but I seem to have forgotten most of it. I have still been lifting and carrying my 34 pound preschooler, and I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't be doing that? I've justified it by thinking that a lot of women wouldn't even know they were pregnant yet and would still be doing it, but that isn't a great excuse. Also, I remember that you aren't supposed to eat sushi or shellfish...what else are we supposed to be avoiding? Anyone know the rule about coffee? Can we drink it? How much is OK? I haven't had my first appointment yet (it's Tuesday!), so I imagine I'll be reminded of all of this then.
