Good luck. I did it last spring (not pregnant and no newborn!) and while it was a super hard workout, I was pleased with the results.
Hang in there. I won't tell you that it gets easier...bc just when it does, you move on to the second disk and then it is SUPER hard.
Good luck to you and way to go getting started! I am on day 15 of 30 day shred...it doesn't sound like much to get in 25 mins a day, but let me tell you...with a newborn, 2yr old, 6 yr old and breast feeding....it's a challenge!!
