12w 3d and...

...I just threw up for the first time! Oh man!

So we get home and I'm fine. I lay down because I'm tired and I start burping and feeling gross. Ugh! Then I think it's because I'm hungry, so I have some cheerios. Nope. Still feel gross. Hubby brings me a bucket....and the rest is history.

I wonder if our late lunch didn't agree with me? Pub fish & chips and seafood chowder. It was eaten about 5 hours prior though! The fact that I instantly felt better made me think it was the food. Is m/s like that? Weird.

Food related stuff is usually within 8 hours, so 5 hours is certainly within that time frame. Every time I have gotten food poisoning it's always something that wakes me up in the middle of the night - and dinner was the culprit.

Good to know. That food did come up, so it was still there! It got to the point where I just wanted to throw up to feel better! I so hope it's over.

I would bet its the food too. I'm sure baby just didn't agree with the grease.

I'm thinking/hoping it was the food...it was so bad. But after I threw up....nothing. I went to sleep and slept all night. I feel fine.

Yuck Sad Hopefully it was just the food!

I haven't thrown up with any of my pregnancies, but this time I have been feeling nauseous after each meal for a few minutes - my belly is like, "I'm full, that's enough! Don't feed me any more or I'll send it back up!"

I think it sounds like the food, but hopefully either way it subsides quickly for you.

Yikes! I'd also bet it was the food if you felt better afterwards, but it's hard to say. Hopefully either way it was a one time thing!
