    Default 32 Week appt.

Went pretty good. Met with the CEO midwife. She was pretty nice, way better than the OBs were at the last place.
Babies hr was 142. She is breech, which sucks, starting the spinning babies routine. She measured from the middle of my pelvis and got her at 34 weeks. My bp was 140/80 initially (we were having a pretty stressful tantrum with DS right before the appt and I was nervous because I knew it would be high) she retook it about 10 minutes later and it was back down to 119/70. I need to work on staying calm I think.
The midwife was not worried about my glucose and said there wasn't any need for a three hour. She did say I was anemic and got me on a ferrous sulfate regimen. She also wants me to start taking an alfalfa pill for potassium, but I will have to hunt them down (probably just getting them at GNC.)
She didn't say the classes were required per se, but that they recommended them, so I dunno. Plus the classes are all booked up, not much I can do about that. I guess I will see what sorts of books they recommend, I don't feel comfortable around a bunch of people I don't know anyhow.

Glad your appointment went well overall. Sorry to hear she is breach, I know it's still early but that would make me nervous...hope she turns soon and then stays put.
